MJ you and Matthew were great, however the service
MJ you and Matthew were great, however the service department lacks good customer service. We had scheduled to come in to get our second key that didn’t come with the bronco and also replace the damaged top piece we all discussed, the service manager acted like we were putting him out to get us the key and replace the top piece so we ended up leaving, the reason I say this is because when I bought my Raptor next day I noticed it had a cold start rattle the service department gave me the run around for 6 months even talked to Larry Pierce and he said he got rid of the folks causing the no communication issues, anyway I ended up taking it to bill Knight in south Tulsa and they fixed my new truck that riverside couldnt. Sales side is awesome service side lacks a lot I figured Larry could get there problems sorted out but apparently not. Again you and Matthew were great keep it up if only the service side had folks like you and Matt were hey would probably run a lot smoother. Thanks,

Riverside Ford is amazing! We gave them a specific list of wants and they went above and beyond our expectations to find us exactly what we wanted! Everything was done in a timely manner and everyone was so friendly! Zarek was wonderful. He treated us like family and made sure we got everything we wanted! He listened and cared about all we wanted and delivered 100%! Best salesman ever!!!

The salesman was great and a sweetheart.
The salesman was great and a sweetheart. The dealership however ....has much to be desired. They do not like to consider people as individuals with but as numbers. I prefer Chris Nikel by far but Riverside had the vehicle I wanted...win some, ya lose some. I still bought the vehicle I wanted just hoping I don't regret it later.
