Took over a week to fix recalls on my vehicle, had no

Took over a week to fix recalls on my vehicle, had no communication from them whatsoever. Called daily to see when my car would be done & they either didn’t answer or whoever did answer wasn’t the one working on my vehicle so they just “didn’t know”, including the manager. How does a manager not know what’s going on in their shop? Not even sure how long it actually took them, when I finally got someone to pick up (who wasn’t an idiot) after over a week, it was done and ready for pickup. Would’ve been nice to get a call saying my vehicle is ready instead of having to practically harass this dealership to get any answers about anything.

Marco was an amazing salesman.

Marco was an amazing salesman. We spoke before my husband and I went to the dealership. He had the vehicles there waiting for me to look at in my price range. We got what we needed on our trade in to buy a little more expensive vehicle. We did not discuss beforehand what we needed to get on the trade in. Marco is very knowledgeable and took care of us. Everyone at the dealership were on the same page. I highly recommend Marco. Thank you for such a wonderful seamless experience!!!

Great Kia Dealership!

The only Kia dealership who wanted my business while other kia dealerships left me hanging for days/weeks. Communication with Tyler was great and a seamless transaction with the loan, price and trade in.

Outstanding Service...

Outstanding service from start to finish. I knew what was going in with my car during the entire visit. Personal ws great. Sitting lounge was clean, bright and offered several things to drink while waiting for my car.

Excellent service

Service for my vehicle was great, from start to finish. My service representative was prompt, and very personable and polite. The waiting area was clean and actually beyond my expectations. I was accustomed to unkempt and dirty areas in other dealerships, so this was a breath of fresh air! My vehicle was diagnosed and taken care of in a timely manner. I am so glad to have found the Kia of Beavercreek location to take my Kia for servicing!

Service appointment

Waited while my car had an oil change, tire rotation and system update. As always, staff was great. Lounge provides coffee, water, tv, comfy seats and clean restrooms. I have always had great service appointments at the Beavercreek location!
