Maria in service was wonderful! She took care of our warranty issue and was efficient and courtesy. She kept us informed throughout the entire process. A+!

Chris the manager was great. A few others, not so great. I was left on hold until the phone system sent me to voice mail. When I did call back I was put directly on hold without so much as a "mazda service can you please hold?" just straight to the beeps from the hold sound. I will say that my issue was resolved I just hope they get more customer service training.

Juan provides great customer service and was extremely helpful. He was able to quickly take my vehicle in for service and assured that the problem would be fixed.

Nice service and good staff to talk to, service staff very friendly and attentive to customer. I like the idea of washing the car after the service.
