I researched online before visiting Alban Volkswagen in Fort Worth and saw that Vinson was listed as a go-to salesperson with great reviews, so I reached out to him directly. On the phone, I explained my situation — that I was upside down in my Range Rover — and he told me they had incentives on two vehicles that could help offset the negative equity. He encouraged me to come in for an appraisal and test drive, so my son and I visited the dealership this past Friday. At the dealership, I test drove the vehicles we discussed, and my Range Rover was appraised. Vinson told me I was pre-approved, but he never shared what the appraisal came back at or gave me any clear details. I had to leave to pick up my child and was told he’d follow up with which vehicle would give me the best deal. Unfortunately, I never got that follow-up. The next day, I reached out myself and only then was told that I would either need a cosigner, pay $1,900 a month, or put a large sum down. Beyond that, there was no explanation, no discussion of options, no attempt to help me figure out a workable solution — and still no transparency about the actual appraisal number. The complete lack of communication and follow-through was extremely disappointing. I expected guidance and effort in trying to make a deal work, but instead felt dismissed once it seemed difficult. This was the worst encounter I’ve had with a salesperson’s follow-up, and because of that, I will not return to this dealership. If I decide on a Volkswagen in the future, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

We had the best experience working with Vinson. He found the perfect Tiguan for our family. He was so knowledgable about the cars, and treated us like family. Super impressed with him!

Service department is downright horrible!
Service department is downright horrible! Dropped car off at 8am for service. Called at 4pm as hadn’t heard anything. Was told they couldn’t get to my vehicle today and to bring back tomorrow. What??? Isn’t that’s what scheduling my vehicle for maintenance is for?? To put me in the schedule for the day?? Dropped off at 8! No apologies!! Just plain sorry!!

Worst experience ever.
Worst experience ever. They sold me a lemon that spent more time in the shop than at our home. After two years and over a dozen visits to the service center, some misogyny from the service department, some unresolved service issues, and a 3 month stay at the shop, we dumped the lemon. Now they will not refund us for the cancelled extended warranty (the car was only 2 years old and they owe us over $1200) Tyler gives excuse after excuse. Do not do business with Autobahn Volkswagen...It's not worth it.

Horrible experience.
Horrible experience. Walked in ready to purchase a vehicle. Dealer offered ZERO negation or wiggle room. Left and the next day, they dropped the price of the same vehicle. Came in a second time to see the vehicle - there were two huge nails in two different tires - very clear the car was not serviced in anyway. Further more the program director and sales team were awful, rude and disrespectful. Left and purchased the same vehicle at their competitor the same day.

I hate writing reviews, but the horrible experience I had
I hate writing reviews, but the horrible experience I had with this dealership needs to be put out there so nobody else goes through what I went through. If you end up purchasing a car from here, do not work with Jaylen Williams. He ran my credit 4 times, after he promised me that he'd only run it once. He then followed up by telling me that his finance manager could write a letter to get the hard inquires off(which was October 25th). I texted him on Saturday (November 5th) to ask what the status of the letter is, and he left me on 'read.' I called the dealership on Tuesday (11/6) to speak with him, after he ignored my third follow up text, and he told me that his manager told him that he could not write the letter. I asked him why didn't he let me know about that decision, and why did he lie to me about the letter and he gave me a xx answer. Do yourself a favor, and stay away from this dealership at all costs. There are better Volkswagen dealerships in other cities in Texas. These people are liars and are horrible people. they will take advantage of you, if you let them. Like I said, I don't write reviews but I want to stop anyone else from getting their credit ruined and having the same horrible experience I had.

Brianna was great and kept me informed as they were checking my car. She clearly explained the results to me and what my options were. I waited for my car and the waiting room was neat, clean, and comfortable. It was a positive experience and I will continue to be an Autobahn customer.
