My sales representative, Lulu, always greets me, refers to me by my name, asks how I am doing and can she help me. I had brought my Outback in for service. My service rep. Joseph, always greets me too and takes care of any situation which is going on with my Outback. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Hicks Family Subaru was a great place to look at and purchase a new car. The salesman was not pushy and let us leisurely look at the vehicle we were interested in. She seemed quite knowledgeable on the models we were concerned about. We appreciate that she let us take our time to evaluate and ponder a few days on a decision. Customer service was outstanding. This is the second Outback I have leased from Lulu and the 6th from Hicks and a dealer in Plano. The sales department, credit, service and Chase credit made this an exeptional experience. I am a Subaru owner for life.

We came in for a service to have the oil changed and tires rotated. The service check found things the last mechanic did like a stripped lug nut. It was not done at Hick's Family Subaru. Service took care of it and got our car ready for our trip to Colorado. Brakes and alignment done! Prices were what you'd expect for a dealer and not as much as my other mechanic. I think I'll stick at this dealer for service work. In the past this dealership was slow, this time was better. They took care of it. They are trying hard to do a good job and will work with you to make it a good experience. I did have to call them to see if my car was ready, I guess it was lunch. Keep it up and I'll come back next time to see if you can maintain and get faster.

A few issues, but they made it right! Good place for inexpensive oil changes and alignments on your Subaru.

They have a very helpful and friendly service staff. I bought a new car in November and they have beeen excellent about notifying me on service due dates, and quickly fixed a problem with a pebble that got stuck in my brake area. I have been really impressed with their professionalism.

Fast friendly service. Cliff answered all my questions. The car was completed in the time specified. They offered a ride to and from the dealership. This is a place I can trust! Best price on a synthetic oil change.
