My husband and I just had our cars serviced for the first time at this fantastic facility, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! Eric and his team went above and beyond, showing true professionalism and expertise that put us at ease. What really stood out was their excellent communication — they kept us in the loop every step of the way with detailed texts and a helpful video highlighting the current condition of our cars and the repairs performed. It was a smooth, transparent, and truly pleasant experience. Thank you for making car service so enjoyable!

We love the Kia customer service team.

We love the Kia customer service team. Braden, Nate and Christine all go above and beyond whenever we have service done to our Kia. They are very kind, informative, and do great work. This Kia Service Team is a huge reason we are on our third Kia. You just can't compete with the whole Kia experience. From the sales to the finance team to the service team, we are completely satisfied customers and have had many friends and acquaintances purchase Kia vehicles just by seeing our car and hearing about the great service.

Mike Rinke was a good salesman for our purchase.

Mike Rinke was a good salesman for our purchase. Honest, and helpful to us in buying our new Telluride. He asked what we were looking for and where we felt comfortable per month. He was not pushy and no pressure to hurry to buy the first thing we seen. His product knowledge and experience was a great advantage to have when purchasing a new vehicle.

They scammed tf outta me.

They scammed tf outta me. After a week of having the car it broke down and would randomly turn off and the screen functions and USB stopped working and I'm still having these issues. Got told there was nothing they could do about it and before I went to pick up the car after they looked at it, I got called and told that some of the paperwork I filled out never even went through or was signed. When I asked if they could just take the car back they said that the paperwork was finalized but how is it finalized if part of it isn't even signed off on. It's like after you take the car off their lot, they don't give a crap and essentially tell you it's not their problem. Only person who was genuinely nice was Hannah in the service department.
