We brought our truck in for its first oil change after

We brought our truck in for its first oil change after the new engine had been installed. Thank Goodness we decided to run in by the mechanics that had installed the engine and found out that Ressler put a car oil filter on Ford f350 heavy duty dually truck. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

5 star for Person who checked me out- friendly & smiled!

5 star for Person who checked me out- friendly & smiled!! Love- love courtesy shuttle- young man was awesome! Wore a beanie.. curly hair! Great attitude!!! However-Salesperson who initially checked me in NEVER called me about repairs - I had to call & speak to 2 other staff members before she called me. This is an issue because I needed car to work next day! Lastly… ALWAYS WASH our CARS!! Vacuum them too!! I spent over 600$ wash my car!!! Simple gestures go a LONG WAY… bring common sense back!!

PJ was great!

PJ was great!!! They were able to squeeze us in and got it done sooner than expected. Would definitely recommend, and will continue to bring our vehicle’s there.
