I feel nothing but positive vibes from the moment i walked in. Guy gave me the keys to the cars and said test drive, see you when you get back. Test drove the car all was well! I came back for the car the next day snd was in and out in less than 10 mins. Nice friendly folks I’d recommend

As an out of state potential buyer, I was given absolutely zero real information about the car I was interested in, and told to "come in and have a look, were open" despite telling them I live in another state. This dealership never replied again.

Scam artists. They'll tell you whatever they have to in order to steal your money. They even take down payments through zelle just so that you can't dispute it. Horrible experience with poor communication. They lied to me over the phone and stole my money. Get a vehicle from a reputable dealer.

I reached out to the owner and mentioned that I was interested in a vehicle here and was excited to find out that it was still available. When speaking to him I asked if I could put a security deposit down to show that I was serious about this car. I also asked if it was refundable and he mentioned that it was over the phone. A few days go by and we take a look at the car and it was not what we were expecting. We were able to take it to a mechanic to have a look at the vehicle. They mentioned that the vehicle was hit In the side and showed us the evidence of the repair and could clearly see the discoloration in the door panels. When going back to the dealer they mentioned they said that they had no idea that it was hit. They then told me that they wanted to repaint the car to color match the rest of the car. They had no idea of the damage but knew that there was discoloration? I was not comfortable paying $19200 for a vehicle that didn’t look up to par in that price range. We mentioned that it would be best if we part ways and keep looking for another vehicle. We kindly asked for out security deposit back and they refused to give it back. Initially they mentioned that all that was needed to hold a vehicle was $100. I was Certain that I was going to purchase this vehicle, so I put a $500 deposit on the vehicle. They mentioned that on the bill of said it stated that it is non refundable. I was shocked to find this out because when I spoke to the owner they mentioned that it was. When I asked to speak to the owner to clear things up, he refused to call me back and mentioned that it’s my fault because I backed out of the deal. I even mentioned that I could pay at least $100 for the gas I used to take it to the mechanic and for the sales persons time. They refused to work with me. Now I’m out $500 that I will not see anymore because they are not honest and not true to their word. I agreed to their asking price and they treated me like trash. I am very disappointed on how the whole thing happened and I do not recommend this place what do ever. To the owner. I would still like for you to man up and call me. What you did was not right and I wanted to let you know that you can have that I honest money. FOR FUTURE BUYERS!!! BEWARE!! IF THEY CLAIME THE DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE, ITS NOT. I found out this the very painful and hard way.

Scams and liars. Do not trust this place especially Slavn. I went to pick up my car with my certified check and insurance already taken out and it was sold.

Mike at German Auto was very helpful in getting our payment where we needed it to be. He was friendly. But the best part was that he delivered to car to our home so we did not have to drive back across town. I would recommend them!
