I couldn't be any happier than I was with my experience buying from Ben and Kenny at Topline Autoplex. It was SO REFRESHING to have a used car buying experience where the outfit was completely honest and forthright and what you saw on Cars.com was what you actually got for the price listed. Ben and Kenny even immediately took care of a couple little issues I had with the car at no charge. It was totally worth the trip from L.A. and I can't recommend them enough!

Came to this dealership to buy a Chevy volt and had the most cared for service. Got to test drive the vehicle and check everything in my own time. There was no rush from the sales man and was even able to schedule an appointment last minute. Which was a huge help since I am coming from the Santa Monica Area. Thank you Kenny and your team for all of your help.

Found an Old Volvo here and the experience was great. They allowed a long test drive. And the financing was quick and easy with Kenny the managers help.

When I arrived and informed them that I had a pre-approval I was informed that was just a means of getting a potential buyer on site. I knew that I was going to have to fill out another credit application but I didn't realize that it would mean zero once I got there. I applied because I'm in a financial rut and my credit is horrible. I tried giving the info that was provided for my pre-approval and the bank mentioned in the confirmation and they said no need we are not able to access that information. It was a big waist of time and costly for me because I had to rent a car to get to the location.

I thought I would never own a car again, but they were able to make it a reality. I was nervous because of past experiences but they were patient. The car is in beautiful condition, has the proper tires, a spare tire, all of which I did not receive from a dealer years ago. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable vehicle with a reputable dealer.
