I found the service department to be sketchy.
I found the service department to be sketchy. I had to take in my Subaru for one issue and came out with something else broken. The man I worked with in the service department (Ruben) literally asked me NOT to fill out the survey from Subaru. So SKETCHY! This is the dealership I have the least faith in of any Subaru dealership I’ve been to. I would not recommend it

I had an outstanding experience at Fiesta Subaru from first outreach to Jerry Janis, my sales representative, through my first visit the following day with a test drive and auto selection, to the final day of purchase and pickup. This was the second opportunity I had to work with Jerry as my husband and I purchased a 2025 Outback less than a year ago. Based on my prior experience with Jerry and the other members of the Fiesta Subaru team, I knew I would be in excellent hands and have a highly rated car - a 2025 Crosstrek. Jerry was informative, professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the process! I note that everyone in the dealership was welcoming and friendly - a really amazing place and I have found this to be the case with service as well!

I didn't have any service done, I bought a new vehicle
I didn't have any service done, I bought a new vehicle and went to 1:1 training to learn all the bells whistles associated with my new car. Tyler, salesman was great and understood exactly what I wanted. Gino was also very helpful and taught me a lot about my new car, manuals are not menat to be useful.

The sales people were friendly and helpful.
The sales people were friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff inside dealership appeared friendly as well. I didn't partake. But having snacks out for potential extended wait times was nice.
