Worst place

This is the worst dealership ever. The way they handle customers is so unprofessional and doesn't even respond in time. Don't waste your time and energy with them

Terrible experience

I bought a used Jeep from here. I was pretty much told that a warranty was a must, so I got one (good thing). By the time I got home the check engine light was on. The dealership said they would fix it and gave me a loaner. They had it for a week. Communication was terrible and the saleswoman made a statement to the fact that they knew it had problems. Two months later I learned that the 4x4 didn’t work. Jeremiah (no longer there) said it was my fault but had the sales lady send me the copy of the warranty (they didn’t send it with me when I bought the Jeep. When I went in to get the 4x4 fixed at a shop the warranty wouldn’t cover it because the suspension modification box had not been checked even though it was lifted when I bought it. The manager Shane did get that fixed and added that to the warranty but still struggled to communicate with me. I finally decided to have the dealership fix the problem and this time I didn’t get a loaner, I was told if the warranty covered a rental car, and when I called to check on the status of my Jeep a week later no one called me back. My son also bought a truck from here before we knew about all these issues. Just like me he was pretty much told that a warranty is a must and again good thing. By the time he got home the check engine light was on. We took it back to the dealership and he was given a loaner. They had the truck for 3 weeks and it probably ended up with $5,000 worth of work done to it. This has been the worst experience buying a car.

dealer review

I'm a 59 year old man that has purchased many cars and trucks from many dealerships over the years, and this dealership is buy far the worst I have ever experienced. I bought a truck and when their financing couldn't beat mine they tried to up the price. After an hour of arguing with the general manager the sale went thru. The next day we signed the papers and they went to get the truck from make ready. The truck was a mess and not clean. I was informed since it was Friday afternoon the guys who wash buff and clean had already gone home. Long story short they never cleaned it and never intended to. It took so long to get my plates the paper tag had expired and they never issued me another. They are non-professional and I will never deal with them again. I should have walked out that first day. Beware.

Great Selection of cars and customer service

When I needed a car and was tired of the run around from other dealerships I gave them a shot and was not disappointed! Had exactly what I wanted for a great price! I was highly impressed.
