Post Oak Toyota

Bought a car yesterday and had a great experience. Shout out to Kevin went above and beyond for us! Headlight was out and he is already scheduling to fix it. I recommend these guys if you are in the market for a new car

On March 28, 2024 I went to the Toyota dealership at Post Oak. I was greeted by Eric Peabody at the door and from that moment on, I was taken care of. Eric explained everything and even when I was unsure about something, he went over it. The process was so smooth that 2 days late on March 20, 2024 I was handed the keys to my brand new 2024 Toyota Corolla.

My salesperson-Jade Watkins-went above and beyond for me. He worked hard to get me a little refund AFTER the sale. Communicated well and got me the best price he could for my trade. I think the issue others have describe was management. They are now under new management. They also had much more selection and the best prices.

Great dealership, have bought my last 2 trucks from Post Oak. Sales person Reno Patrick was spot on, very knowledgeable and communicated with me respectfully.

Worst communication imaginable. I took off work to have Tundra serviced; upon arrival they said they did not have the parts and told me to call service adviser in 10 days to reschedule. Service Adviser never returned my call. They promised a loaner for full day service and when I called again, they said I would need to wait for loaner dept to call me. Never happened. Called the Service Manager for explanation of how things work. I was told they would send and urgent message for a callback. He never called. They do not understand or care about service. Worst experience in more than 40 years dealing with dealerships.

Weirdest dealership I’ve tried to do business with. I’ve never had a problem with a dealership not wanting to try to sell me a vehicle, but getting them to communicate to get a trade in value, or negotiate on a prospective purchase is extremely difficult. I’ve tried text, email, and calls to no avail.

Took my 2023 Highlander in because the tint on the driver and passenger front windows was too dark. Richard did a fantastic job of getting me in an out fast. Super appreciate Richard. Excellent Service Department.

We recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Corolla at the Post Oak Toyota location. Wisdom, our sales associate, was very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire process (in spite of our difficult questions and mundane inquiries). We appreciate his patience and professional demeanor. Would recommend Wisdom and Post Oak Toyota to anyone looking for a new vehicle. In addition, the General Sales Manager, Mr. Gonzales, was nice enough to speak to us after the purchase and took steps to go above and beyond to enhance our experience. We bought a new Camry Saturday at Post Oak Toyota. Joe Rosario and his team were awesome! Cam was our salesman. He was so friendly and professional. Shane in finance made it all seamless. The deal at the end was exactly what was agreed to in the beginning, to the penny, car was clean and gassed up, perfect, EVERYONE in the building was so friendly and helpful. We got one of the best cars on the road for a great price, and the buying experience was PERFECT, could not have been any better. The place was full of customers, and I can see why.
