Do Not Purchase From Dealership
I have had the worse experience with Hutchinson Ford in Forsyth, GA. If you are out of state of Georgia, do not purchase from here. I purchased my truck with a trade in a month ago here and they still have not paid off my trade or been given an account number to start paying monthly on the new vehicle. I have called and asked why it haven't been done and was told they do a 20 day pay off which has passed. Then I called back to check on it and was told by the sales manager Jason Guzik that he was going to call me when he got back from lunch and didnt. I called hours later to speak with him and was sent to a voicemail after they told me he was there. Then I called his cellphone and he sent me straight to voicemail. Horrible customer service.

Good dealer, good people, suspect sale tactics
Overall, I enjoyed the staff's down-to-earth style — good people, professional and fast. The sales team sent me a video and pics of the car I wanted to purchase. I drove 2hr to review and complete this purchase. The vehicle was clean and ready to go. I gave the dealer a 3-star review only because of a minor but shady practice. They offered me a number for my 2014 Ford Explorer trade. This dealer is a Ford dealer taking on an older vehicle that they once told me would be great for resale. After completing the deal and while I was transitioning my stuff from my old car, the Sales team came out to adjust the trade value and requested $500 from me. At that point, how could I say no? I call this shady because they knew I couldn't say no at that point. It was lousy customer service and sales practices. The reason was a fuel inlet error which isn't uncommon and is minor. Ford knows this because it happens on other vehicles (look it up).

This dealership does not value their potential customers!...
This dealership does not value their potential customers! As an eager and ready to buy customer, I reached out to them about the red Bronco they had just received. I told them about my trade. I was told BY THEIR ASSOCIATE that they were advertising and paying $5k over KBB for trades. Excited to hear that. I get there, I drove it, loved it, and the dealer advertised price was definitely in my price range. Dealer advertised price was $37,375. The manager came out after my test drive. I asked about my trade. He lowballed the KBB value and denied the advertising of paying 5k over trade. Although I was frustrated, I continued to inquire about the Bronco. This manager thought it was ok to tap his finger on the sticker price in the window they had put on the BASE model Bronco, which was almost 20k over the dealer advertised price and then proceeded to talk to me like it was out of my realm of possibility. Keep in mind that he had not asked me any questions about myself. We hadn’t even stepped off the lot and into the office to talk numbers! The man whose appearance suggested he needed to sell a vehicle, denied their advertised 5k over kbb for trades, laid judgement on me without knowing anything about me, priced a vehicle almost 20k over advertised price, was infuriated when I pointed out his dealer advertised price. We have NEVER been treated so poorly by a company that relies on customer sales to thrive. I went to another dealership and came out with something way nicer than the Bronco at Hutchinson Ford of Forsyth! Pictures included if it will allow.

Shady Practices
Has vehicles listed here at one price but fails to mention they have an over $5k dealer markup. Entices you with a low listing price then, when you make contact, they offer you a lower trim to get to the price of the one you want, or says "surprise, there's a huge markup. On a $30k vehicle, $5k is 20%. UNSAT!
