Kuddos to Serra Hyundai
My experience at Serra Hyundai was top-notch! Being a 65 year old woman and purchasing a car for the first time in over thirty years, I was extremely nervous about making such a large purchase. I had visited several dealerships that offered similar vehicles but I always left feeling uninformed and skeptical about making a purchase. I told myself that the experience had to be “COVID” related due to the hit on the car industry or as I actually feared that I was just another person that had no relevance as a customer. However, Serra Hyundai and particularly Chris Piola proved me wrong. Chris walked me through every possible step of the process from finances,services, warranties, etc. I left the dealership knowing that I could call Chis anytime ,no matter of how trivial the question, and get a quick reply. It was a pleasant surprise to know that buying a car did not have to be a daunting task! Kuddos to Serra Hyundai and Chis Piola! A very satisfied customer… M.Caffey

Dream Team of Sales
Vince Webb and Joel Hogeland are FANTASTIC! Vince is a joy to be around. I've never had so much fun buying a vehicle! Guess that's why my husband and I have purchased three in less than a year from these two guys. 😅 We never felt pressured and somehow, Vince always knows what we need before we do. We walk away happy and without buyers remorse. Joel explains things so we walk away confident in our purchase and if we have questions he is always happy to answer them. They've set quite the bar for other dealerships! Can't brag on them enough. They are a wonderful duo!
