There was a misunderstanding in regards to the online

There was a misunderstanding in regards to the online pricing, but Jeremy reached out to me and we straightened it out. Upon making the deal over the phone and text, I was able to signed remotely, and pick it up on a Sunday. The vehicle was immaculate and I now wonder why it took me so long to upgrade my vehicle. I even left something in my trade in, which they are said they are mailing back to me. Thank you Jeremy for being so attentive. His customer service is top notch. Danzel and Hector made sure I got out of there as quickly as possible. Thank you team Stream Auto Outlet.

Online price is not the price.

Online price is not the price. False Advertising. It would be different if they disclosed the price as an in-house financing price, but they don't. Legally, the actual price, rebates and discounts must be displayed to achieve the advertised price. They tried to tack on another $3995 to the price. They also advertise a complimentary Stream Shield Plus with every car purchase. This was also not the case. I asked the sales person, Larry, probably a fake name, to send me a purchase agreement, then he told me all this. When I asked why wasn't this disclosed on the website, he stated he's disclosing it now. I asked for a manager to call me back, he said in the next 15 minutes. An hour and 45 minutes later, still no call, so I called and got Hector on the phone. He placed me on hold for almost ten minutes and I hung up. I called back later and asked for Hector. He tried justifying the upcharge with claims of they have a new system last month, it used to be disclosed on the website, its not their fault. Meanwhile, there have been complaints of the exact same thing as early as January of this year. He then called the General manager, and I was told that the price + $3995 is correct. Hector then said he would do me a favor and drop the price to his cost, but it was still $1200 over the online price. I told Hector, no , I cant do that. I was traveling from Massachusetts and was going to be in the area. It was the car I was searching for, and the price was good. I'm just shocked that dealers still operate this way with all the compliance laws about false advertising. Elon Musk and Teslas have been getting very controversial lately. A lot of people are trying to unload them. Despite all this news, I was still a serious buyer, and you didn't want to honor the online price . Please look at the prices these are going for at the auction. They are losing thousands by the day. You're going to wish you sold this vehicle once you see how much interest you're paying for it while it sits on your lot. The disclaimer on their own website states, "Prices include all costs to be paid by the consumer, except for tax, title, registration, and document fees. The dealer reserves the right to adjust prices based on market fluctuations without prior notice. Additionally, the dealer may update inventory based on market research and adjust pricing accordingly. Available accessory: Stream Shield Plus Protection Package, $3,995 plus tax For complete details, please contact the dealer." All this was contradicted by them. You took an easy sale and made it difficult.

So here it is 3 months after I purchased my vehicle from

So here it is 3 months after I purchased my vehicle from this dealership. I would not recommend this dealership. My vehicle has been in and out of the shop since I bought it and now it has to go back and have more freaking work done to it. I have only put 2,700 miles on the vehicle and should not be having the amount of issues that I have been having. I can’t wait to get out of this vehicle and into a new vehicle. Yes I know it’s a used vehicle but xxxx they should do better at looking them over and fixing the issues instead of just making them look like they are fixed. Never again will I go to this dealership. Stay far away from them at all cost. That is why I changed my 5 star rating to a 1 star. If I could make it zero stars I would.
