I started my search in November looking for a previously owned BMW 7-Series at United Imports and Infiniti of San Jose (both companies are affiliated). I inquired about one particular car in December, and I was responded to by Shahin Shirkhodaei. He informed me that the car I was interested in had sold, but he really tried to sell me on another car, but I wasn't interested in it. Shahin remained patient with me and we kept in touch for 4 more months until I finally found the car I wanted and Shahin jumped all over it to help me get my car. I was so impressed that he hung in there with me until I found the right car. That is great customer service! And that's why I bought the car from Shahin and Infiniti of San Jose! In fact, everyone at Infiniti of San Jose was very nice to me throughout the entire process. I will buy from them again. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from United Imports/Infiniti of San Jose. Outstanding!
