Rob is a xxxxxxx did engine replacement for $16,538

Rob is a xxxxxxx did engine replacement for $16,538 engine had lifter go 6,000 mi later they replaced lifter. Engine ticking very loud and adding oil every 2-3 days. Contacted shop about issues he had Norwich PD call me told me not allowed at buisness or to contact them. Basically robbed me. Place is trash liars and thief's. Biggest xxxxxxx repair shop around hands down. Shady but couldn’t handle and engine replacement or stand by his work. Do not waste your money with these crooked people
