WARNING ‼️ This may be taken off their page soon. We bought a 2003 Mercedes Benz with 53,000 miles. We paid $7,000. We knew it was an old car but it look awesome and had low mileage. We were told over and over by the salesman Dru that it was in perfect condition. We just wanted a car to use for short errands. Dru told us at least 4 or 5 times they checked the car over and all it needed was new rims. We were ok with that. We also wanted a 30 day warranty which they would not give us. They offered us a 3 month warranty we could buy. We got the warranty and went home. One week later we took it the Mercedes to our dealer in our town to replace a piece in the door as it was making a wind noise. My husband asked them to look it over. We received a call from our local dealer. The car needed 6,500 worth of work. The warranty did not cover anything. Beware DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM!!!! They will tell you anything to get you to buy a car! When we called they told us it was a used car and not their fault. 😡😡😡😡

Mauricio was an absolute pleasure to work with while purchasing a used car from their lot. He was helpful during the entire process, and it was straightforward and easy. The car was a good price and what I was looking for. The five star rating is for the after purchase service. I had a small issue come up with the vehicle a week later, and Mauricio was happy to help out. He did not leave me out in the dark nor say it wasn't his problem - something that's happened to me with another dealer. Because of the overall care of wanting their customers to be happy with their purchase, I will seek out Carmel Auto Group for future car purchases, and highly recommend them to others.

I was looking to trade in and upgrade my vehicle and they were very accommodating. They gave me a great value for my trade in and I love the vehicle I bought from them. BUYER BEWARE THESE GUYS SELL LEMONS
Absolute worst car buying experience of my life. Hours after purchasing a vehicle from this car lot the check engine light comes on. After calling Will (the owner) he had me bring the car back to the lot so they could run the code and see what it was. After inspection, he stated that it was an emissions sensor and they would look in to getting the part to fix it and had me leave with the car after resetting the code. The next day, the light was back on and he assured me that the car was ok. A few days go by and another warning comes on the screen of the car (drivetrain malfunction) so I call will again and he has me drop the car back off to the shop for him to look at and fix. After having the car for several days he finally calls me and informs me that he’s not comfortable diagnosing the car and that he has purchased a warranty in my name for the car and they will be dropping it off at a different car dealer to be looked at. After two and a half weeks of waiting for the diagnosis I am informed that the car needs a new motor and it will be $18,636 to fix it. Will says the warranty covers this and I will be ok. Ive now waited almost two months finally to be told that the warranty claim has been denied. Will of Carmel Auto Group calls and tells me that it’s denied and there is nothing he is going to do for me. After owning this car for two months and driving it for less than a week, only having it for hours before the engine light came on I find out I need a new motor and am supposed to pay this out of pocket.. after calling the warranty company myself, I find out that they sold this very same car to another customer and after two days tried to file a claim on the warranty. Of course it was denied too. That customer made Carmel auto take the car back. They then sold it to me knowing it was in need of a major repair. Probably why they drug me along for two months so I couldn’t do the same thing and make them take the car back. BUYER BEWARE - THIS CAR LOT SELLS LEMONS AND WILL LIE DIRECTLY TO YOUR FACE. Unfortunately I found out too late and will have to chase this guy in court . Single father of 4, just spent my savings on a car and insurance and then a rental car for over a month that was supposed to be covered by the warranty as well, and I’m going to have to shell out more money for a lawyer only to probably never get a dime back because as Will stated, “bankruptcy is better than paying that back”.
