Sketchy....
Seemed like a nice guy. Was able to test drive the vehicle solo, which was nice. When backing up, it felt like the brakes were going out, I mentioned it to them and they said they would check it out. I was very interested in purchasing and planned to get an inspection, instead of allowing me to make an appointment right away, they said they had people coming to look at the vehicle the next day and it may be sold before I was able to bring in for an inspection. I agreed to schedule one for two days later. Later that day they called vehicle wasn't safe to drive and to cancel the inspection as they were sending it to the shop. I believe it should have been inspected to know it wasn't safe before allowing any test drives. After it was repaired, received a message that it was ready on a first come first serve basis. Again requested to schedule a test drive, was told closed for several days etc., so I scheduled 5 days out. The morning of they called and said it sold. Overall I believe they knew something bigger to be wrong with it and were avoiding an inspection.

Bad service
Never again rude disrespectful none helpful and bad management didn’t return calls the one car I did look at asked if I could check oil was told no I said why not said it was good ended up not having any oil in the car

Hi Sam, we believe you wrote this review in error or have the wrong dealership. I do not have any records of having a Sam in recently and I handle all of our vehicle showings as it is just my wife and I. Also, all of our vehicles have fluids checked upon arrival and we certainly would not deny someone from checking ANY part of the vehicle including fluids of any sort. I don't believe this review was meant for Minnesota Auto Sales in Golden Valley. Can you please remove this review if it was for another dealership and/or please call me to discuss? Ken (763)533-6226
