Poor communication.

Poor communication. Reached out a couple of times was sent a proposal for the wrong vehicle for the wrong price. They never followed up even after reaching back out.

I contacted Bomnin Cadillac in Homestead after seeing a

I contacted Bomnin Cadillac in Homestead after seeing a car listed online for $91,000. When they called me to follow up on my inquiry, they told me the car had a specific option I was looking for — which turned out to be a lie just to get me in the door. Still, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and showed up ready to buy. I spent over two hours at the dealership, giving them every chance to honor the price they advertised despite the lie about the option and despite trying to change the price from 91k to 105k!! After all that time, they came back with, “The best we can do is $97,000” — a $6,000 increase from the online price, with no reasonable explanation other than vague fees and made-up costs. So disrespectful and dishonest. It was a classic bait-and-switch and a complete waste of my time. They showed no respect for me as a serious buyer, and I will not be doing business with them. I drove 45 min there and waster hours. If you value honesty and don’t want to be misled, avoid this dealership. I walked out and won’t be back and I’ll be warning others to do the same.

We have had several bad interactions with this dealer.

We have had several bad interactions with this dealer. We are previous Cadilac owners, but not anymore. In our last interaction on 2/19/2025. From the manager to the service department, to the salespeople, this is the worst dealer I have been to in my entire life. Unprofessional, rude, and incompetent, indifferent, and no customer service skills, and bait and switching made a common practice. We wound up walking out and getting a Volvo in Dadeland Volvo, where customer service matters. Any good review about Bomnim Cadillac Homestead is a fake, as it is impossible from the multiple bad interactions we have had here on several occasions. The staff and management are horrible. We strongly advise consumers to stay away from this dealership.

They must not deal with out of state buyers.

They must not deal with out of state buyers. Two emails and two follow up phone calls to dealership and they never responded. If your ready to buy, dont waste your time with this irreputable dealership.

out of state buyers beware!

out of state buyers beware! This dealership does not want your business. Dealer is non responsive with generic emails. Sales team does not return promised calls. You can’t get a quote. This place will waste your time! watch how they respond with a generic reply “ Sorry for your experience if you give us an email our customer service will conract you”. The best thing this dealership can do for potential buyers is fire their sales team manager and shut down their dealership.

Not responsive at all.

Not responsive at all. I called several times to get a sales manager to help me to purchase a vehicle from out of state. I called for 5 days straight and no response…ever. VERY POOR SERVICE.
