Ntx auto group Avoid this business at all cost.

Ntx auto group Avoid this business at all cost. They sold us a car that is a complete mess and not even safe to drive. We can’t even get it to pass our state inspection to be able to drive it. To start, it took weeks to get our car delivered. We were lied to multiple times as to why they weren’t sending the car to be finally told they were having to replace a module to do with the airbags. We had already purchased the car and they were supposedly doing work on the car without any approval. They still haven’t ever shown us any proof of work they did (it’s been 10 months). When the car finally arrived, I started it and immediately every possible warning light came on the dashboard (including the airbag sensor). We took it to a local dealership and were told the engine is wired wrong, had the wrong sized battery in it, and would need (at least a new axel). We tried to communicate with NTX to return the car as it obviously was not as advertised. We even offered to pay to send it back to them, but the answer was no. The car was also advertised as having a moon roof and it does not. It also took TWO MONTHS to receive the title which is a violation of Texas law. We have been working with the Texas Attorney General on this issue so we waited to see what would happen. We decided a few months ago to go ahead and replace the battery and rewire the engine to see if that would get the car running safely. The local dealership replaced the battery and wanted to do a reset to see if the dashboard warning lights would go away. But to do that, they would need to drive the car to see if the lights would come back on. However, they couldn’t drive if safely due to all of the other issues they found with the car. We have been quoted over $10,000 just to get the car safe enough to drive AND THEN we would have to see if the warning lights will come back on. If they do, the car would then need even more work, costing who knows how much. The car isn’t worth that. It then failed the Virginia state vehicle inspection. We are a military family in another state and NTX basically sold us a complete lemon that we can’t even drive. I can prove everything I’ve stated with a video I took the date the car was delivered with all of the dashboard lights coming on, the mileage showing we’ve only driven it to the dealership here once, a complete report and quotes from the local dealership, and a failed Virginia inspection. We even asked the dealership here if they would be willing to buy it from us and they said no, not at any price. They can also look up any work done to the car and have no record of any work NTX supposedly did and since the exact issue was still showing (airbag warning light) I think they saw the warnings and realized the problem was a lot bigger than they wanted to deal with and just sent us an absolute mess of a car. If this is how they will treat a military family, imagine how little they care about their customers. I understand they can’t guarantee what may happen to a car after it’s driven for a while, but it arrived to us completely in-drivable. This car needed to be junked and they knowingly sold it to us anyway. This is fraud. We want our money back period.

Great customer service.

Ronald was very nice and patience. He was not pushy like other salesman and allowed me to test drive the car myself. He gave me as much time as I needed to check the car out. When I told him I needed some time to think about purchasing the car, he did not pressure me to make the decision the same day. The purchasing process was very relaxed.

The car I wanted was a used 2013 BMW X6.

The car I wanted was a used 2013 BMW X6. Was not approved, then later a salesman I contacted told me that there was a CTS available, but that wasn't what I wanted. I know that salesmen make their most money off of used cars down payments, so I know how the game is played. And they play it well, they want a $4500dwn on a 10yr old car so he can fatten his pockets. Was never asked about my Trade.
