Fawad, and Hany in Financing, were both very professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient with me. I actually enjoyed my car leasing process as both were very nice, kind gentlemen. Fawad spent a bit of time trying to teach me all the Car Play features, the was very kind as I am Not very fond of or good at all those applications. Bob the manger even came over to greet me and assure the they were all meeting my needs i. e. monthly payments. I will be back to see the three of them when this lease expires. 😊 Thanks “guys” Lynn

Worked with Jarett again. This guy really knows his stuff. Feel like I walk in with a list of complaints and his response is "I got you" and every item is fixed. Finding a guy that also makes sure to check for warranty repairs is priceless!

This is my third experience at this specific dealership. very helpful sales staff, as always. Since I was buying out my lease, I dealt mostly with the finance person, Desiree. She is always so nice and I appreciate how simple she makes the process. she explains things very well and keeps it simple. their service team is also really nice and the very pleasant when I have gone.

Just picked up my new car at Imperial Toyota. My salesperson Majed A. made this experience a pleasure. Not only was he professional and informative but he also listen to what I wanted in my new car. He took time to show me the different models and explained the differences between them. Spent time showing me the new safety features, set up the Bluetooth for me and made sure I was comfortable with the features of dashboard before driving off the lot.
