Impressive service!!!
I have been looking for a used preowned car for over a month. I had a Nissan Murano for 10 years and was not having any luck finding an affordable certified Nissan. I found the sales force at the dealerships were extremely aggressive and did not spend much time answering my questions. I decided to check out the RAV 4 and was totally blown away with the attentiveness of the folks at Imperial Toyota. My salesman Jose Monteiro could not have been any more patient in answering all my questions and making sure that I was totally taken care of and satisfied with my car purchase. I cannot recommend Jose enough.......

We will be buying all our Toyota cars from Imperial . Matt listened to what we wanted and came across completely honest. He did not try to upsell us to something we did not ask about. The pricing was great. Matt even set off the car alarm in the showroom just so we could find the car. Desiree did a great job with the financing and provided all options so we could make an informed decision. Matt and Desiree made for a very pleasant car buying experience.

Buying new Toyota Sienna
It was a nice experience buying a new Sienna XLE AWD. Fawad did a fantastic job showing and explaining different features of vehicles in detail and answering my questions. I did test drives for Sienna LE and XLE and at last I ended up finalizing Sienna XLE. Throughout the buying process, Fawad was very honest, patient and friendly. I am happy to have a nice minivan.

I had a fantastic sales experience with Florian Bixho!! I found the vehicle I had been looking for (over 2 months) and made an appointment on a busy Saturday. Flori took his time, although the dealership was buzzing and made sure I had all the information about the Tacoma and set me up for a test ride! In past experience with purchasing a car, the salesman treated me more of a number and not a valued customer. Flori made me feel like I was the only sale of the day for him and made sure I felt comfortable and satisfied!! I enjoyed his sales presence and professionalism so much I decided to get my GF a new 2021 RAV4 Premium from him as well. I live an hour and thirty minutes from the dealership but would drive 3 hours knowing the quality of the experience will be to my expectation! Flori is an absolute asset to Imperial Toyota! I'm in Sales myself and his high standard of customer service is second to none!!

Flori went above and beyond to help me. He even lent me his personal demo vehicle when I had to leave my car at the dealership to get my tints repaired. He is phenomenal. He did everything he could in his power to make the purchase comfortable. This is the second vehicle we purchased from him. I will be referring my friends to Flori as he is amazing and his customer service is hands down the best we have received.

You’re welcome Flori was beyond amazing. I don’t have such good things to say about your sales managers Rocco and Tom. They were both very childish very immature and brushed me a side because they didn’t wanna deal with me. I had to call the dealer maybe six times in order for somebody to answer and every time they told Rocco it was me they would hang up on me. After I raise my voice because I was being disrespected by Tom I told him that this is not the first vehicle that I have bought from imperial Toyota this is the second vehicle that I have bought from them or you. Tom and Rocco need some sensitivity training and need better customer service training because the customer service that I have received from them is absolutely 100% unacceptable.

Go see Erica at Imperial if you want to be...
Go see Erica at Imperial if you want to be treated with respect and want to get the perfect vehicle to meet your needs. In a year's time, I dealt with about a dozen car dealerships. I met many pushy salespeople, as well as a few very nice ones. However, Erica is a cut above any other salesperson that I have ever dealt with. Her absolute dedication to helping me find the perfect vehicle was impressive, and her patience was outstanding. Not once did she show any sign of irritation, nor did she pressure me to make a decision and sign. Even at the last minute, when I was very anxious about signing the paperwork and almost backed out, Erica maintained her calm demeanor and friendly attitude. I think that it also reflects very well on the dealership that they did not step in and try to take over the process, pushing me into signing prematurely. This has happened to me at other dealerships where I came close to buying. Typically, the nicer and less pushy the salesperson, the more likely the sales manager will take over or will assign a pushier salesperson to take over. If you are a skeptic who doesn't believe that someone can have "the patience of a saint," you are wrong. Erica does. Save yourself a lot of time and a lot of headaches, and go see her first.
