My experience with this dealership is a nightmare. First off, when I purchased my car I ended up having to fill the tank as it was left on 'E'. I noticed a service warning saying that a 'Schedule B' was due. I took my car in for servicing and was told that an oil change was done. I'm unsure if another oil change was done at the time or if they just cleared the light. I called to get an oil change scheduled at the next required time. After two weeks, I saw another service warning saying, 'check engine oil at next refueling'. I called the service department again saying something is wrong because I just got my oil changed. My car is now leaking oil which it never had done before. I take my car to get serviced and Tayshawn says the oil pan was cracked and that they were responsible for it being cracked and were going to fix it. I was told that they would need to order a part and to come back in a week. I come back on the scheduled date to get my oil pan fixed. I waited at the repair shop for over 7 hours just to be told that the car wasn't going to be ready. I called the next morning on January 25th and now I'm being told that the car has a blown head gasket. How could I have a blown head gasket that fast and why didn't they find this during my last oil change? I speak to the Sales Manager at the Florissant store and he tells me to call back over to the Service Department and ask to speak to a person named 'Kevin'. I called back over as suggested and asked to speak to 'Kevin'. Tayshawn answers the phone and wouldn't let me speak to 'Kevin' and said that 'Kevin' doesn't take calls from customers. Now, I'm getting the run-around and still having to deal with a vehicle issue that I did not cause. Please note, the repair shop is the Bridgeton, MO location on St. Charles Rock Rd

I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING CAR FROM CLEMENT
I purchased a car 6/20/22 I did not receive paperwork until 8/5/22 to get plates I was not offered anything for my inconvenience they did say they would pay one month late fee for plates when I asked for the manager they would not connect me with them when I asked for owner email or telephone number it wasn’t given to me when I did pick up paperwork from service center I was given a second key pod that was not programmed to my vehicle when I inquired about getting it programmed I was told to bring it back and they would “see” what they could do (with an attitude) 3 weeks after I got car brakes was needed I was also told that I would have to get another inspection myself after it expired because they did not give me paperwork before it expired buying from them was the absolute worse experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle they were super nice until they got down payment

Bad Business Dealings
Owner Raj as well as manager Ryan at Lindbergh location are very deceitful when fixing problems. Don’t trust them period. They were willing to fix my car when they thought it would be a $5 Dollar fix until the realization was that the problem was greater than what they thought so they did not repair it.
