Great place to shop!

Great place to shop! Tahim S was extremely nice and welcoming. Better than my previous experience. He explained every form I had to sign, explain everything to me about the car I wanted to purchase, and made sure I felt comfortable. He never once made me feel pressured unlike other dealerships and sales person.

This is my first time financing a car, after finally

This is my first time financing a car, after finally retiring the cash car that I’ve had for the past 9 years. Tahim made my experience very smooth and so much less intimidating than I thought it would be. He was an amazing help and got me into my Honda Civic.

I had an appointment this morning to come in and look at

I had an appointment this morning to come in and look at a 2023 Wrangler. I live over an hour away. They didn’t bother telling me that they sold the vehicle. I even got text messages this morning confirming the appointment, making sure I was coming in. Conveniently, they sold it last night… which is probably stretching the truth. Unprofessional and disrespectful dealership, wasting peoples time with bait and switch tactic. “We have other jeeps, do you want to take a look”

My fiancé and I were fortunate to meet the right team

My fiancé and I were fortunate to meet the right team when we came to this location. Daniel, Jamal, Garvey, and Luigi were absolutely amazing. I honestly didn’t think we’d be able to leave with a vehicle, but they went above and beyond to make it happen. Although the original car we wanted wasn’t available, they still provided outstanding service and helped us drive home with a car that very night. There was a small crack in the window, but they immediately arranged for it to be repaired. Thank you to the incredible sales managers and associates for making what seemed impossible, possible

I had a very poor experience with HHGreg in West Palm

I had a very poor experience with HHGreg in West Palm Beach. I paid cash for a vehicle, and the contract clearly included a 5-day return policy. Within that time, the vehicle experienced a serious defect when the bottom carriage fell while driving on a major highway, creating a dangerous situation. When I contacted the dealership to exercise my right to return the vehicle, they refused to honor the written contract, gave inconsistent information, and provided unhelpful customer service. I was repeatedly told there would be no refund despite the default on their vehicle. Not to mention the car was dirty, and smelly. They told me they would clean and car was never cleaned. This situation has been stressful, unsafe, and extremely disappointing. A business should stand behind its written agreements and not sell vehicles that become unsafe days after purchase. I do not recommend this location.

Yesterday was my first experience with HHG, the salesperson and sales manager I worked with were very kind, professional, and accommodating. I truly appreciated their help and the effort they made to reach an agreeable price. However, when the process moved to financing, things unfortunately took a negative turn. Although we had a preferred lender, we specifically requested that all financing options be reviewed with us, which did not occur. The finance associate we worked with was dismissive and rude throughout our conversation, and at times spoke down to us. This left us feeling disrespected and discouraged, which ultimately led to the deal falling apart. I wanted to bring this to your attention because the initial part of our experience was very positive, and with better communication and professionalism during financing, this could have easily been a successful purchase.

Engine lights came on before I even got the car home! 40 days later and finally let me replace truck. I scanned it before purchasing, but AGAIN, bunch of lights came on the next day. They are selling unsafe vehicles.

Called to ask for an out the door price prior to arrival

Called to ask for an out the door price prior to arrival over the phone, but they would never provide one. I decided to stop by against my better judgement and when I arrived I discovered another 1500$ for an "elite protection package". They barely even cleaned the car I was interested in, never mind application of any protective coatings. Complete scam in my view. Very unprofessional all around. They are inefficient and ineffective at dealing with even the most basic elements of customer service and worse yet demonstrated to me a lack of honesty and integrity. Walk out like I did if this happens. Only deal with dealerships that provide a full out the door price over the net.
