Extremely Disappointing Experience with HGreg I recently purchased a car from HGreg in West Palm Beach on Monday, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. After driving the vehicle to Okeechobee, I immediately noticed smoke coming from the rear bumper and melting plastic. It became clear that the bumper they installed obstructed the dual exhaust, leading to significant safety concerns. Here are the main issues I encountered: • Faulty Repairs: After contacting the manager, Warren Flewelling, the car was towed back to West Palm for repairs. However, the so-called “repairs” were inadequate, as the vehicle was returned with hanging plastic and improper fixes. It was so unsafe that I refused to accept it. • Health & Safety Risks: My daughter drove the car for about an hour while the exhaust was blocked, exposing her to harmful fumes and potentially putting her safety at risk. This is unacceptable. • Misleading Policies: I was informed about a 5-day, 500-mile policy for returns. However, I later learned that this policy only applies to exchanges and not refunds. This lack of transparency is concerning, especially given the circumstances. • Poor Customer Service: After two days without a car and ineffective communication from HGreg, I decided to remove the license plate and cease any further business with them. The lack of professionalism and support during this ordeal has been incredibly disappointing. In summary, my experience with HGreg has been marred by unsafe vehicle conditions, inadequate repairs, and misleading policies. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider their options before purchasing from this dealership.

I would give zero stars if I could! We purchased a car on 3/31/26. We drove it home and the very next day the check engine light came on. We took it to our mechanic who scanned the code and told us it showed a failing catalytic converter and there was also a radiator leak during inspection. They wrote us a “we owe” document and had us bring the car to Pep Boys Auto. On 4/7/2026 Pep Boys replaced the radiator and oxygen sensors but did not replace the catalytic converter. We picked the car up on 4/7/2026 and immediately the check engine light came back on. The next day we had to bring it back to Pep Boys. After not hearing from Pep Boys in a timely manner, we communicated that to HGreg who said they would tow the vehicle from Pep Boys to HGreg to have their technicians work on the car. Our car sat there for a week while they said they were waiting on parts. They finally texted us to tell us that the catalytic converter was still under warranty and to take the car to a Cadillac dealership for it to be repaired. Cadillac told us it would only be under warranty if it was the catalytic converter. Cadillac did their inspection and found that the exhaust bracket before the catalytic converter was broken so exhaust was leaking out of the pipes before reaching the catalytic converter, therefore showing a failure. The repairs would not be covered under warranty. Mind you, HGreg told us we would have peace of mind buying from them. We have a 2 year old and a 4 year old, and we have had no peace of mind since purchasing this car. We brought the car back to HGreg who fixed the exhaust bracket and supposedly replaced the catalytic converter. They told us the car was ready to pick up. We went to pick up the car and crawled under the car to examine the repairs. I started the car with my fiance underneath. He witnessed liquid and exhaust shooting out of the exhaust flange joint. He told the manager we were not going to take the car like that. We told them to call Cadillac and replace the exhaust like they had suggested. The flanges and bolts were rusted and Cadillac had suggested replacing the exhaust because with all of the rust and taking it apart it could cause more issues which it did. HGreg told us they would send the car to a muffler/exhaust shop (Palm Beach Muffler) and have them replace the exhaust flange joints by welding on new ones. Once again they said our car was ready for pick up. We picked the car up and they DID NOT replace the exhaust flange joints. The rusty parts are still on. All the muffer exhaust shop did was use gasket sealer on the exhaust flange joints that connect to the catalytic converter. My fiance mentioned it to the manager who had their head mechanic call us. We also spoke to the muffler shop and everyone is saying they can’t replace it which is not true. We’ve also asked for the work and service orders for the “repairs” which they have not given us. On the 5th day after picking the car up from HGreg this last time, my thermostat for my coolant went out. Now we’re are being quoted $1900 to replace the thermostat and thermostat housing by our shop. We texted HGreg about this issue and they are ignoring our texts and calls. They sold us a car with a damaged emissions/exhaust system. They said they inspect their vehicles but how do you miss a visibly damaged exhaust and a check engine light during an inspection? We believe we were sold the car under false pretenses. They also forced us to buy a “elite protection plan” for $1698 and said they could not remove it. They also charged us a “predelivery service charge” of $1299 which is supposedly to cover the cost of inspection but due to all these issues we believe no inspection was completed. They told us they would reimburse us for 2 inspections we paid for and would get us a 2nd key which they have not. HGreg selling cars with leaking exhaust is a public health and an environmental issue.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership less than a month ago, and shortly after, I discovered an issue with the AC system that was not disclosed at the time of sale. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue and have already been to the shop three times, following all instructions given by the dealership. I even spent an entire day waiting for the repair, only to be told the part was not available. I live about an hour away, so each visit requires significant time and effort. Despite this, I continue to experience delays and a complete lack of communication. I have called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent messages, but have not received any meaningful response. The dealership replied to my initial review asking me to contact the General Manager. However, every time I try to reach him, I am either told he is unavailable or sent to voicemail, and my messages are never returned. Although the dealership agreed to cover the repair, the ongoing delays and lack of follow-up have made this experience extremely frustrating. At this point, I am simply asking for clear communication, a confirmed repair date, and resolution of the issue.

Wow….. I was able to acquire an Audi RS 6!!! Living in Illinois and with the dealership in Florida and never have purchased a car without seeing it was new to me. Enter the very best salesman that I have ever dealt with Francisco!!! He did everything he could to make my purchase very comfortable!!! Including a FaceTime walk around including a detailed review of the seat, and the rear storage area. My total experience with HHGreeg was made wonderful because of all the efforts of Francisco!!!

I came here ready to buy a car (2021 Porsche Macan), but the salesperson, Roman, completely killed the deal with his incompetence and deceptive tactics. First, Roman knows nothing about the cars he sells. When I asked specific technical questions about the vehicle's condition, he completely ignored them and kept talking only about the price and how I need to add $5,000 on top of the listed price. He couldn't answer basic questions about the product. Second, and most importantly, he tried to force a fake mandatory fee on me. The purchase proposal included an "Elite Protection Plan" for $1,698. When I told him I didn't want it, Roman lied to my face and said it was "mandatory" and the car could not be sold without it. This is a lie. I checked their own website's disclaimer: it clearly lists the Pre-delivery Service Fee ($1,299) and Electronic Filing Fee ($899), but it says nothing about a mandatory $1,698 protection plan. I was a serious buyer ready to close the deal, but Roman decided to be greedy and dishonest. He lost a sale over a junk fee that he refused to remove. If you want to be treated with respect and not be scammed with hidden "mandatory" add-ons that aren't listed on the website, go somewhere else. Management needs to teach Roman that lying to customers is not a sales strategy.

Vlad, this is certainly not the kind of feedback we like to see. We're disappointed to hear about your negative sales experiences and that you felt misled in any way. I can assure you we do not run our business in a dishonest manner. I will share this review with my team so we can work to prevent similar issues in the future, but I also encourage you to call me so I can address these concerns with you directly. Sincerely, Paul Brundage - General Manager - 561-453-2961

This is my first time financing a car, after finally retiring the cash car that I’ve had for the past 9 years. Tahim made my experience very smooth and so much less intimidating than I thought it would be. He was an amazing help and got me into my Honda Civic.

Great place to shop! Tahim S was extremely nice and welcoming. Better than my previous experience. He explained every form I had to sign, explain everything to me about the car I wanted to purchase, and made sure I felt comfortable. He never once made me feel pressured unlike other dealerships and sales person.
