This dont deserve any star period! Service department is the worst I've been. had me waited an hour and half on my appointment still no one help until I pressed them hard. This is outrageus service. Went in for oil change and rotating tire. rotating tires was not done for me. Crazy! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM?

Deceptive Sales Tactics – A Complete Waste of Time I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I understand that a salesperson’s job is to persuade customers into purchasing a vehicle, often steering them toward a newer model. However, honesty and respect for a customer’s time should be a priority. I clearly informed the salesperson—who I believe was Sam Harb—of the exact vehicle I was looking for and my budget. On Sunday morning, he reached out, claiming that the specific vehicle had just completed its inspection and cleaning. He asked when I could come in, and I provided a time. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was told that the vehicle was actually not available and was immediately pushed toward newer models. This was a blatant bait-and-switch tactic, and I felt completely disrespected. I understand the nature of sales, but lying to get a customer in the door is unacceptable. My time was wasted, and I won’t be returning.

Cảr Pros El Monte provided the most terrible customer

Cảr Pros El Monte provided the most terrible customer service. I was disappointed by its poor customer service and the fee. I was given a cheaper fee at the beginning but I was being charged more at the end when I picked up the car. They charge 3% additional to the bill. The service was poor but expensive compared to other dealers I strongly don’t recommend car pros El Monte to you!!

I bought a used truck here recently on August 5, 2024 and

I bought a used truck here recently on August 5, 2024 and it only lasted 2 months before it started giving us issues. It was inspected and we were told the transmission needed to be fixed. Not only that my husband found out this truck had been in front bumper accident and was not included in the car fax report we were given when we purchased it. In the end, I traded-in the car for a new one from another dealership. I am extremely upset this dealership sold me a useless truck and I lost money. In the beginning the car looked good and had low mileage but it was all just a show the truck was no good.

Beware of all the add-on scams and all the used car

Beware of all the add-on scams and all the used car tricks...they will try them all. The price you saw will not be the price when its time to buy. A couple of the sales people were very nice but the others act like they could care less that you are there to buy a car now.

They start at a very high price, hoping you haven't done

They start at a very high price, hoping you haven't done your home work. They have $4000 markup for added security, locking wheel nuts and mud guards. Very high pressure sales. I wouldn't buy from them again.
