Walk into the dealer over 3 months ago.

Walk into the dealer over 3 months ago. Looked at a truck then. Same VIN as when I walked into today. So call manager walks up and ask if he could help me. I asked about the truck that’s still there after 156 days. Ask him if he would take a certain price. He was hesitant. I said well I have the VIN and it still has a crack in the window. He tells me it’s a different truck and the one I’ve been looking at been in the back. Umm dude unless you’re changing the VIN PLATE it’s the same truck. Don’t lie when I’ve been there 3 different times and the truck is still on the lot! Be honest to yourself! The manager is a total a$$ and I will throw this company under the bus every chance I get just by your general manager xx. Thanks for leading me away from cash in hand deal! Haha! Let’s see if the same truck stays there another 156 days! Good riddance!

Salesman is very slow to respond or answer questions.

Salesman is very slow to respond or answer questions. Not sure why but it is always hours to one half of a day later to get minor questions answered.

Bought a truck there, and everything was fine, or so it

Bought a truck there, and everything was fine, or so it seemed. I drove the car for around 2,000 miles then the transmission started slipping, kicking, and the RPMs were all over the place. I called and explained my issue to the service manager and they told me because I did not buy the extended warranty, and that it had been longer than 2 months, they couldn't help me. I took it to shop to get the transmission looked and the trusted family friend that runs the transmission shop told me that the transmission fluid appears to have never been changed, the torque converter was shot, and the transmission has to be rebuilt. This means that the original owner of this truck knew something was up and got rid of it as quickly as they could, this dealership saw a deal, and sold me a lemon. Thank you, Car Tag USA (2201 White Ln Bakersfield, CA 93304), for selling me your $4,200 problem. Enjoy your profit.

Dishonest! Sold truck during our deal

My husband and I went in to look at a truck on June 2. We decided we wanted to look into financing the truck It was later in the afternoon so Larry, the salesman told us he would run it on Saturday and get us an answer that day my husband called and left a message. He never returned our calls so I was already in town so I drove over there to see what was going on. He just said he was very busy and hasn't been able to call us back and he would have an answer for us by Monday to call him by noon if he didn't call us well we called around 10 AM and he sold that truck out from under us even though we were in the middle the deal. He had given us two financial options but we wanted to get a confirmed approval so we told him which deal we were interested in and shook on the deal, and he still sold it out from under us, so no I would not recommend this place. They are not honest, they do not stand by their word even if you're in the middle of a deal, they're going to sell it out from under you! By the way, his reason he sold it was that guy came in with cash 😡
