Overcharged by about $200.00 in "labor fees" for a scheduled service. Spoke with the GM, brought the issue to his attention and received zero resolution. Will be taking our business elsewhere.

I went in to York to get a key made for my Dodge 2500
I went in to York to get a key made for my Dodge 2500 from the parts dept who were awesome as well and then I went to talk the service Dept about some recalls on my Dodge Ram 2500 and they were quick to get it setup and even had it towed to there location to begin working on the recall issues I was impressed with how they handled this situation they were all awesome

As always, dealership was very clean which always
As always, dealership was very clean which always impresses me. While waiting staff walking by all acknowledged me. Found I needed an air filter changed and performed that along with an oil change and tire rotation. Had me back on the road in about half an hour.
