I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the past few years and I've used the service department for 4 vehicles that I’ve owned. Recently I purchased a Buick for the first time and it was the best experience I’ve ever had when purchasing a vehicle.

Had my Suburban towed to Cavender in Weimer, at my expense, because I knew that I could 100% trust the Service Dept at Cavender to not only do the work RIGHT, but to give me honest advice about my options.

After showing interest in purchasing a new Traverse, I was contacted by a salesperson as to the availability. As soon as a delivery was scheduled, Shawn called, an appointment was set up, and I arrived to “look it over”. Your salespeople were excellent!

Very friendly and good customer service. They worked with me On-Line and made my drive from Humble, TX to Weimer, TX worth the trip. Only 3 weeks into my deal so time will tell if this rating will change. Really enjoying my new truck....!!!!!

Hiring an attorney. Purchased a brand new Chevy 5500 cab n chassis on December 1, 2023.... it had to be towed on Jan 22nd and has been in the shop ever since. It has 200 miles on it and cannot be driven... The dealer has done absolutely nothing to be of service, no solutions have been offered which makes me wonder if maybe this happens a lot? Otherwise I would THINK that when someone spends $80k on a new truck and it is completely useless SOMETHING would be done to take care of the situation. So, I would not recommend giving any business to these people they certainly do not care and will not stand behind their vehicles.

Took four times for the dealership to finally repair my 2021 Chevy Colorado since December 2023. They just did the last repair February 2024. Sloppy work and incompetent. I always had to reach out to them to check on the status of my repairs. It’s like they just don’t care. I finally had to get GM Customer Care involved to get things moving. Every time I got my truck out of the shop the sales department would call immediately wanting to know if I wanted to trade my vehicle in. It seemed a little fishy to me. I bought my truck from this dealership along with the maintenance package and extended warranty. The warranty did not even cover the repairs, is what they told me so I had to pay out of pocket. This dealership makes a lot of promises when they are trying to make the sale and fails to carry through. This dealership is all about the sales and hype, period. I would not recommend buying or getting you vehicle serviced at this dealership.

We had a great experience!! We had been to a few dealerships in the city, and it was obvious we were just a number. NO ONE would listen to our needs. They just wanted to sell a car. We were on our way to Schulenburg and decided to stop in, and we are glad we did. Right away, Jessica was immediately searching for what fit our needs. Jessica and Ty had no problem pulling truck after truck around for us. They had so much patience. Finance was very easy and transparent as well. We will spread the about Cavender GMC in Weimar!
