Bought my car on September 18, have made several call to try and get title so I can get my plates. Today is October 30th and still no answer or reply. Just a terrible and sad feeling when you can’t drive your car do to there lack of interest in you. I was also baited on a $ 3500 add on be cause I did not use there finance company. I went through my credit union at a much lower rate…. All I ask is a call from someone at that dealer call

If I could rate this company it would be a negative -5 stars! We purchased a used truck from Serpentini Chevrolet of Westlake on Thursday, Aug 28, 2025. We live a couple hours away and the ad said they would deliver the truck for free. ( I’m pretty sure we paid for it.) We expected it would be delivered the next day on Friday, Aug 29, 2025, because the salesman Brenden said he would have it cleaned and gassed up for delivery in the morning. Today is Saturday and still no truck. Contacted salesman Brenden who made up a story about needing to wait on the loan. They had no problem taking our cash over the phone on Thursday and signed all the documents needed for the approved loan. I’m pretty sure the 1st payment will be due 30 days from the date the loan papers were signed on Aug 28th, so we lose the 5 days or more off of the 30 day tag. Not to mention paying the 5 days or more of the truck insurance being insured and we don’t even have the truck yet. They have our money and financing all completed on Thursday the 28th. Now the truck cannot be delivered until sometime Tuesday Sept 2nd, if I even believe what they say since their word doesn’t mean a thing and they can’t be trusted. We did NOT receive the truck until Wednesday Sept 3rd, so we paid for the insurance for 6 days and we lost 6 days of the 30 day tags, plus the payment will be due Sept 24th and we did not have the truck. I would think twice about doing business with Serpentini Chevrolet of Westlake. We were charged more than what was posted online, very misleading advertising. We feel as if we were scammed out of our money from a dishonest salesman and auto dealership, Serpentini Chevrolet of Westlake.

Well, they hung up on me when I called them out for their deceptive pricing practices. When an ad says a number of a vehicle cost, that's supposed to be the number. Not that number after incentives, rebates and other things you may or may not qualify for. It's a slimy practice to deceive and gives dealers the bad name they've been know for. I purchased from a dealer that had upfront pricing and didn't try to trick me. I'll never do business at this dealer/ship.
