Extremely dishonest seller in my opinion
I feel this is an extremely dishonest business which I believe should be avoided at all costs. I saw one of their vehicles (Jeep) online and contacted Allen about it. He and Devon confirmed they had the vehicle, and that it had already been through their thorough inspection process. I asked for interior pics and Allen sent me a few. I told them it was about a four hour drive for me, and told them approx when I would be there. 30 minutes before I got there, they called to say they were changing the oil, and that I should take my time to get there because it could be an hour until the Jeep was ready. When we got there, we were informed that they always change their vehicle’s oil, spark plugs, plug wires, and coil before selling. They said their mechanic had started the job, but that he left after taking everything apart, and that he hadn’t come back and wouldn’t return their calls. I was very suspicious at this point. We go back to look at the Jeep (which you have to walk through the cannabis store to get to their shop). Jeep has the hood up, battery disconnected, valve cover off, and a OBD scanner laying on the driver’s floorboard. There is no way to check out anything about the Jeep since the lights don’t even come on bc the battery is disconnected. Allen says he didn’t know the Jeep was going to get new plugs or any of that when I talked to him that morning, and that the Jeep had been outside on the lot. He says he can run home to get his tools to finish putting the Jeep back together. He and the sales manager say it’s a quick job to put back together. They all go into the office together, and when they come back out, Allen proceeds to help another customer by showing him a car. And we’re 4 hours from home waiting to see a Jeep they said was ready to go! We leave to shop around a furniture store and wait to hear from them about when the Jeep will be put back together. Thirty minutes later, Allen messages me that they found someone and that he’s in the process of putting it back together. But then, hours go by, and no more word from him. I message Allen of why it’s taking so long and his reply is “couldn’t get anyone here boss.” At that point, we were done with this shady company, and would never give them our business again. I later looked at the interior pics Allen had sent me that morning and sure enough, you could tell the Jeep was already sitting in the shop when the pics were taken. I can only guess that perhaps they thought that they could get the Jeep up and running before I got there, but for whatever reason, that didn’t happen. It had probably either been misfiring or throwing a check engine light or some other problem,, and they couldn’t get it fixed before we got there. When I called Allen out on the blatant lies, he says it’s “teenage drama” that he doesn’t have time for. Unfortunately, my wife and I got to do an 8 hour round trip drive just to see a torn apart Jeep, and be lied to by the sales guys. I would give 0 stars if that were possible.

Excellent Service
I usually don’t take the time to write reviews however I needed an oil change for “my engines for life” deal that I got when I bought my truck from Big Red. OMC is a partner dealership of BR. BR was over a month out just for an oil change. I called and was given Brandon, the service manager personal cell number. He promptly answered and had me an appointment the following morning. I showed up early and they had my truck in the shop in ten minutes. The oil change was done quickly and I was back in the road in less than 45 minutes. Friendly and professional staff. Kudos to Brandon and his team!

Dump people
They are not worth the drive to come down there.. They boast about how good their title people are with transferring stuff over and that's the reason the cant waive the 400 dollars they charge but in actuality they suck.. I still have not received the title I bought over a month ago.. And mind you I received a title but for the wrong car.. No one owned up to it only offered the explanation of I have so much work to do.. thats not my problem their incompetent and cant do there job.. I'm still waiting on the title since my temporary tag is about to expire again because of their mistakes.. Save yourself the stress gas and trouble of buying from this incompetent car dealership..

Not thrilled with the seats not bolted down
Went to the dealership a 30 minute drive away after calling to tell them I'm arriving to look at this car. When I arrived, the car was still in the back side lot blocked in by a bunch of cars. I decided to look at the unlocked car without the salesperson. The interior had a strange odor. The passenger seat track shroud was removed and slid forward. The driver's seat was not hooked in and the seat would lift up with seated backward pressure. It became apparent the seats were removed. I then checked the back seat and the driver's side was not latched down and underneath was wet. I immediately left the dealership due to my belief this vehicle was water damaged at some point. The dash and interior seemed as if it was detailed at some point so its hard for me to believe that the seats went unnoticed.
