No sales tactics or pressure. Dealer handed me the keys and let me inspect car without hanging over me. Car was a 2008 Dodge Challenger in outstanding condition. Salesman and staff were absolute professionals. I drove 4 hours to get this car. Worth every penny.

Do not buy from them. My grandson bought a car from them few weeks ago. When asked if there was anything wrong with car they said no. Everything was good with it. Day after getting it things started going wrong. Took to shop and found out it was inspected illegally. Should never have passed inspection. Axle getting ready to fall off. Alot of structure damage which was covered over, No catalytic convertor. All they do is lie just to sale a car. Stay very clear of this place

The worst experience I have EVER gone through buying a car. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS MAN!! I bought a Tesla and I was from Richmond the traffic was horrible going up there. I get there the deal was ok not great. But, I was satisfied with it. It was once I signed the paperwork and he had my money is when it all went to crap. First, I get in the car it’s at 20%. So, no one had the common sense to have it fully charged once I got there. So I had to sit at a charger for 45 minutes and then drive all the way home. 2 1/2 hours. He never transferred the Tesla ownership into my name. So I was not being recognized as the owner in the app. Therefore, I couldn’t use any of the features. Which included using Superchargers. Since you can only pay in the app( not recognizing my credit card or me as the owner). So I had to literally drive to The Hilton and charge it at a slower charger which took 6 hours to charge. So I’d drop it off and then pick it up 6 hours later. Major pain in the xxx!! After SEVERAL phone calls and promises to call me back. I sent him email after email. 2 weeks later and still I can’t use the Supercharger or any other features!! He finally calls me back and gets his little boy panties in a ruffle because I’m cussing at him. Please! if you would have done what you promised I wouldn’t have to raise my voice and cuss. You got my money and left me high and dry. You suck as a businessman! Oh and thanks for the explaining how to lock the xxxx car door. Yeah some random dude showed me. Ahmed you suck!!

I have never left a review for anything, but i have never had a company try to charge me for services they did not complete. At face value this establishment appears to be legitimate and in my past experience that has been the case. However, today I had a very different experience. I brought my vehicle in and one of the services I requested was an oil change. I was charged and paid for the service, however, when I got in the vehicle the display showed "oil service needed". I returned to the counter and informed them of the issue. They told me that it was an issue with my maintenance reset button. This has never been a issue with my car so I decided to verify the service by checking my oil. I found that the oil had not been changed. The oil was still dark brown (fresh oil is very light and transparent brown color). I checked multiple times. Again, I returned to the counter to request a refund, which was granted. If I had not checked for myself, I would have paid for service that was never provided. They had multiple opportunities to tell me the truth. However, they decided to blame my maintenance reset button on the vehicle. Very bad business practice and I will not be getting my vehicles serviced at this establishment any longer. If you will lie, you will cheat, and if you will cheat you will steal. Anyone who takes the time to read this review and you decide to proceed with this establishment, please do so with caution and verify the work to the best of your ability.

This dealership is horrible! They sell vehicles knowing that it has major issues. My husband and I drove over 4hrs to purchase a Mercedes G-Wagon is late August, it was delivered to us in September, we drove it 3 times in September and the transmission is done. We spoke with Ahmad and he lied stating that they were going to fix it but they did not!!! It is now November over $60,000 later and still the Mercedes is inoperable. Ahmad and the owner are crooks!!! The vehicles are not what they say they are; Buyer beware!!! Don’t go to this dealership at all!!!

These guys are complete scammers read the fine print thoroughly. Do not give them any money. Bring a mechanic if you see something you want, I purchased a G wagon from them driven the car three times. All the lights came on and the dealership told me it had a bad transmission. Everyone stop answering the phone they told me they was going to fix it then lied.. a very dishonest group of people they come off friendly like good sales people, but they are really foreign scam artist. If the price seem too good to be true, that mean it is if you’re going to buy a foreign car go to a certified reseller of the manufacture please don’t go to these people you wasting your time and your money me and my wife regrets going to them it’s been a true nightmare. . I feel like I got stuck up with a pin, and a smile.. buyer beware!!! #car.com you need to do background checks with these dealerships before you post them on your website the Attorney General is looking into this company and they’re scamming tactics. They are robbing people left and right and selling bad cars please do you research on the company, these guys rip people off lie in taking hard-working people money . I took out a $30,000 loan plus put a lot of money down to get the G wagon and I can’t get them to repair it or get my money back, and I’m stuck in a loan with a broken down car! Please do not purchase another from them. I see this Porsche looks good, but they are scam artist.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Premium car buying experience throughout. The car was immaculate cosmetically and mechanically and Ahmad went well above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and the car was delivered even better than promised. We would not hesitate to drive the two hours again for a vehicle from Ahmad and his team. This is how buying a car should be done: no pressure, honesty up front, fair prices, and going above and beyond to look out for your customers! BUYERS BE AWARE!!! Bought a car from this guys and it broke down on me twice on my home from the dealership, the car had bad turbos and was leaking oil due to improper oil change. They are very inexperienced with high end vehicle and will tell you whatever to sell you the car. Ahmad is very rude and inconsistent liar. Their boss haroon consistently try to bully me n kept making up new company police’s just to scare me and charge me for not picking up my trade in vehicle. And they added 100miles to my vehicle while it was in their possession depreciating the value!!
