“Carlos” apparently has no conscience. Sold me , a 76 yr. old woman, as it turns out,? an unsafe car for $10,000. Bottom completely rusted . Honda dealer said there were parts “jammed” around gas tank to hold it in place, unfixable. Unable to contact him, now closed shop, apparently opened another, where? What is his last name, is he really LLC? Trying to find him. I give him no stars!

Brought a car from Creditcar and was sold a beautiful Lemon. Owner Carlos is a devil behind a beard. This guy should be locked up don’t believe nothing he says or selling. I’m in progress with legal matters at this time. Creditcar sells bad engines bad transmissions bad interior bad overall cars. How are they still in business to sell cars is a out right bad business to the public. Don’t try to call for resolution once the sale is complete you been scorched for your money. This business should be shut down.

I am pre-approved for a loan, filled out their credit app and contacted them by text, phone and email with no results. Oh wait... i got an email that states its not automated from George but no one responds to my reply to it. No clue how they stay in business with out talking to the customer.

Do not buy from these liars. Believe nothing Carlos says. They sold me a pickup that is completely unusable. I just as well flushed $8000 down the toilet.

Don't buy from these xxxxxxxx. First bmw they sent me engine was junk. Next one they sent trash 12,000 to fix I paid $13,000. xxxxxxxx

As stated in some of the reviews, TERRIBLE customer service. They Never respond in a timely matter and when they finally respond, there's an attitude. Plus they are disorganized and dishonest....STAY FAR AWAY!

I started inquiring about purchasing a car January 6. Today is February 12 and we finally had to go elsewhere. I needed no financing. No delivery. No hassles. I originally spoke with a Nico, sadly he must have passed away, because he has never been heard from again , despite telling me “ he was holding that car for me , no problem , and he would call me Monday” After a month of wasting my time , I was told “ that I must not have been a serious customer anyway” and the entire experience was punctuated by vulgar language and harassment , until I blocked the number. Run as fast as you can from this business. You would be better off walking everywhere than purchasing a vehicle from this completely unprofessional dealership!

Saw the new management sign out front so went to look, Nice vehicles BMW great condition low miles staff were amazing, bought 2 BMW X5’s Red and now a Black one not one issue bought December 2020 runs great! Highly recommend this spot.

Carlos and Nico put all my fears to rest with new ownership, purchased with out driving or seeing in person due to COVID. Do not hesitate they are honest and do everything to help. Car arrived on Ohio , PERFECT

This place was terrible before the guy David was rude and never helped had bad customer service. Now new Owner General Manager Nico has mad big changes he is polite and great customer service I would recommend this place now.
