My service visit was for 2 different recalls.
My service visit was for 2 different recalls. The staff are all professional and helpful. The facility is spotless. Communication from Sean on what was going on was excellent. My service visit went well, except that the work took longer than expected, and I had to leave the car overnight. I was given a loaner car and had to return the next day. Despite this inconvenience, I had a positive experience and would recommend them highly to other Audi owners.
