Thanks JR

JR took good care of me when i came into buy the 2007 VW EOS last week. I set up the appointment the night before, and JR came in on his day off to meet me at 9am. JR was patient with my out of state credit union, and set me up in their conference room for a business phone meeting i had to listen into from 11-12. By 12:30 I was driving home in a great convertible, that replaces my 1997 toyota celica that was "well loved" for almost 18 years. Was hard to trade it in, but they gave me a good value for it, so i did. Thanks, JR, for making my hour drive out there to metro honda worth it! Dan p.s. While i was back in their conference room, i read their "team think" on the walls; about how they approach customers, do their best to be fair, and still run a business. They are on the right track. Buying a car is difficult, but they make it easier. I'm glad they had the car i wanted, and would definitely recommend JR and Metro Honda.

Great Experience at Metro Honda

My husband and I just purchased a used 2012 Honda Accord which is the second car we have purchased from Metro Honda. We just wanted to express our gratitude to Joe Esola for his great service. Joe had the car ready and waiting when we arrived to pick it up and he took the time to sit with us and explain all the features in the car. A dealership's growth is dependent upon how it treats it's customers and we consider ourselves very satisfied and valued customers. Thanks Joe for all your help!

"Outstanding Experience - Shelby King"

My experience with Metro Honda and my Internet Sales Associate Shelby King was nothing short of outstanding. I made my decision to buy the preowned 2012 Hyundai after finding it on their website. When I arrived Shelby greeted me at the front door with my car parked in front, clean as if it had just come off the new car delivery truck and exactly as described on the website. I was then taken on a test drive. Shelby was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles features and answered all my questions regarding the car and financing. The finance manager help me find the best rate. The paperwork went quickly and smoothly and the deal was the best I had found by far. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a new or used car. The staff was friendly and professional and their selection of cars was huge.

Metro Honda

Awesome dealership. JR was extremely patient with us as we decided what car to go with. The deal was fast and all our needs were met.

Matt Hatfield and JR Raulerson are very patient and helpful

After a couple of highly frustrating experiences in trying to lease a car with two other dealerships (one of which was an out-of-state dealer who offered us one deal throughout the course of several weeks of phone discussions only to change the deal when we arrived, and one with which we went so far as to sign a lease, only to have to nullify it before taking possession of what turned out to be a damaged vehicle), Matt and JR have helped to restore our hope that it is, in fact, reasonable to expect honesty and straightforwardness in the process of purchasing a car. When we were first connected with Matt, my husband and I were also talking to other dealerships, but even so, he never made us feel pressured or obligated to make a quick decision or to do business with Metro. Both Matt and JR were very attentive, patient, never rushed, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. When another dealer offered us a better price, they were quick to offer a match, yet still were not pushy or overly assertive. When we did finally decide to give them our business, the paperwork process was quick and simple with the terms laid out clearly, all of our questions were again met with patient, straightforward, easy-to-understand answers, and, thankfully, we didn't have to sit through any sales pitches for service or accessory add-ons. JR had our car cleaned (twice, as he had expected us to come the day before and had had it cleaned then, and again on the day we did arrive), gassed up and ready to go for us. He spent a great deal of time explaining and personalizing the settings in the car with me, including pairing my phone with the Bluetooth and even setting radio station presets. Matt and JR were both great to work with and, because of them, we look forward to a continuing relationship with Metro Honda.

Red Carpet Service - Joe Esola

I purchased an Acura TL and received excellent service from Metro. Joe Esola and his team gave me excellent customer service, especally since I live out of state. They were able to get me a very low interest rate and made the finance process painless. They even delivered my car to me and it was spotless. The drivers that delivered my car were just adorable and very professional. Thank you Metro for making this experience a good one. Love my Acura TL....

JR Raulerson

It was a pleasure to work with JR, Tony, Suzie and IIan. They made trading in one vehicle, from another Dealership (terrible experience) and getting my new Honda a pleasure. I am very Happy with my new Accord.

Ashley Valdez at Metro Honda

I bought a Honda Accord yesterday from Ashley Valdez at Metro Honda in Union County. If you're like me, you dread having to deal with car salesman and be subjected to the car buying process. However, Ashley did not play games with us. She was not pushy and gave us time to consider our purchase. In the end, we reached a deal that worked for all parties involved. In addition to Ashley, her manager and the dealership finance manager were also friendly to deal with and tried to accommodate our situation as best as possible. They also did a stellar job detailing our new car for us prior to leaving the dealership. Overall, I would buy another Honda from Metro Honda and would not hesitate driving 1.5 hours again to do so.

J.R. Raulerson at Metro Honda

We received top notch customer service from JR Raulerson. We contacted him in the morning via email about a specific Accord. He had it waiting up front for us when we arrived that same evening. We bombarded him with questions and he knew the answer and had proof of the specifics ready for us in detail. He was very patient as we test drove, etc. As we negotiated a fair deal, he was extremely patient and didn't get flustered. I would say he was the best car salesman we've ever worked with. great attitude!

Typical Old School Sales Experience

We've had our 2008 Accord serviced at this dealership for 2 years and have nothing but great things to say about that team of people, always helpful and considerate. They sent a car to pick up my wife from the scene of a wreck we had, while we were on our way to pickup the car from being serviced, top notch. Service department was always great experience and very competitively priced. I'll save all the details but the sales experience was your typical nice guy routine till it's time to talk price, a lot of waiting around while they sit around behind the glass with the sales manager talking about whatever it is they sit around talking about. At one point, I was told they were "making phone calls" to get me the best price, before they made an insulting $2k below kbb offer for trade and a $900 under sticker price offer, with $900 of dealer added upholstery and nitrogen added back on top, so a sticker price offer. I wonder who they were calling, maybe for take out. I ultimately walked out on negotiations after Carlos the sales person became insulting about our decision making process and my need to make any final decision with my wife who was home with the new baby. I ultimately bought a Subaru. This soured my Honda experience after 13 collective years of Honda car ownership. Be prepared for an old school multi layered negotiation routine at this dealership!
