I am an 80 year old man. I made a huge mistake in doing business with Family Mitsubishi in Wichita, KS. They used fraud to get thousands of dollars from me. Do not ever go to Family Mitsubishi dealership.

The manager, George, made us feel horrible when we couldn't qualify for a loan. He basically threw it in our face that we had to come up with all this money. After spending hours there negotiating and work through a deal, he was rude to us, and we definitely WILL NOT EVER BE BACK.

Treated like family
Family Mitsubishi has always treated us like family when it comes to getting car serviced or buying a new car. By far, better experience than other dealerships. Recently we were there to have our 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander repaired. In the end, we purchased a 2022 Outlander. Jasper was our saleman. Very polite, honest, not pushy, just an all well-rounded super nice guy.

Second time buying a Mitsubishi
This is the second time buying a Mitsubishi, both times has been the best experience buying a car. We weren't planning on buying a car, our 2012 Outlander broke down unexpectedly. This is the first time we ever bought the same model car, a 2022 Outlander. Jasper is a great salesman, had us smiling the whole time. Everyone there are so friendly. Nathan and Erica in the service are great Have never been treated this well by any other dealership

Nobody knew anything sbout this! Omg
Bought a new car from them Got a couple small warranty issues My service guy isnt there. Voice mail box is full Nobody knew anything My sest belt is beating up my car Did I make a good choice??? Well see. Thw. They will fix the body also Ongoing ptoblem. I got dropped like a hot potatoe. WOW!

Not a car lot it's a freaking joke
I bought a used Dodge ram there and I've been trying to get. It serviced because it has a front end problem and a clunk in the rear end which is probably the rear end period But I cannot get anybody to answer the phone in service. And if they do I get the run around that? They have no other car for me to drive because one has been wrecked and 1 has been total and I'll only left them with 4 well my goodness. Looks like? Everybody is. More important? Who's? Making. Payments? The deal is. I paid my 16000 off immediately. I bought it with cash and I can't get a d*** thing. And my wife bought hers there as well.
