We purchased a volvo first for the safety they claim to care about and then for this “world class” service. We purchased extended warranty, just so we could take care of our vehicle through volvo which we unknowingly trusted the time. This dealership is everything the brand claims not to be. We have had our safety put at risk because of an oversight on services part but after that have continued to be treated horribly. Not person has taken responsibility, they just keep passing us on to another person who never calls back. The service manager, the general and the owner all have failed to do their job of any sort. And customer care is a joke, they will tell you to call the dealership, and in our case this does absolutley nothing. I am inquiring legal council.

Great Salesman
Best experience I had since 1988. Mark is a great salesman, to start he has vast knowledge of the cars, he has the right posture towards customers. he goes the extra mile for helping you and understanding what you are looking for. The main thing he is respectful and helpful of disable customers. I would recommend if your looking for a Volvo give Mark a call

I took my volvo because I got a flat tire , they told me that my tire doesn’t have warranty, I have my car for 6 months a xc90 new 2021 and it came with warranty, they charge me 500 and 2 days to put a new tire on it 😡

S60 in for its first SERVICE; 27 November Since we moved my 90 year old mother in with us a couple of years ago, and because I am "an individual of a certain age," I was concerned about doing this, thanks to COVID-19. Something about having strangers in one's car... Upon arriving at the prearranged date and time, I was surprised when the Service Department's garage door slowly opened as I approached. It was a pleasant surprise that Cathy had been expecting me and was approaching to greet me by name. Wow, that doesn't happen very often, regardless of the brand or cost of the vehicle! Good start. Cathy proceeded to install plastic covers in the interior and used a handheld device to check the tires and wheels. Ruben, the Service Manager then walked me through the process and was very professional throughout my stay, ensuring that I was satisfied with the services provided (I was). Since I had prepaid the service, there was no closing transaction, other than to express my thanks. The entire process took a little over an hour. A receipt was emailed to meet later that same day. Ruben runs a good department and was very professional and courteous himself. The experience turned out to be a good one.
