The team worked with me to find the right vehicle and supported my requests arranging the transaction. They were good to work with (Alvaro, Ivan and Elizabeth).

Ordered a truck from John Krbec. He made the transaction quite easy and smooth. Everything was done over the phone up until picking the truck up. Upon arrival, John had all the paperwork complete, laid out in order, with all required signatures highlighted. It was very seamless. I would highly recommend this dealership and John in particular.

Purchasing a work van from Bobbie was great. No time wasted doing paperwork. Bobbie did all the paperwork while the van was being prepped for delivery. She made arrangements to deliver van and paperwork to me. Great customer service is still a thing with her.

I am very happy with the customer service I got from them. I was trying to buy out my lease from the selling dealership Frontier Ford. Although I wanted to pay cash they insisted that they beed to run my credit and and after holding me there for over 3 hours I had to leave as they did not get a finance manger to finish my cash buying contract. I tried to work with Morgan Hill Ford to help me with the buy out but they refused to do it and sent me back to original Dealership claiming that they can mot have access to my Ford Lease information.. I then contacted Watsonville Ford and although it was the end of the month, they were able to finish the paperwork remotely within a day and I was able to come over the next day to write a check and sign the paperwork that took about 10min. They were very nice and accommodating and I highly recommend them and will definitely come back for my next car. Thank you Watsonville Ford!
