Sales department is outstanding Service department is

Sales department is outstanding Service department is the WORST. TIP: do not check in your car with Corbin. - dropped off newly bought car Friday and was promised he will keep me posted on the status of the car since my loaner expires Sunday. - never got any calls text or email about my car until Tuesday! - loaner car expired Sunday and no one told me what to do until I called the sales department stressed. - called service department 7x during this whole thing and no employee can tell me the status of my car (single point of failure) because the service person assigned to me is the most horrible employee at that dealership. - finally got my car Thursday! the inside was dirty with finger prints etc… but I did not care because at that point I just wanted my car back. Then I noticed ants crawling all over my dashboard and seats please see the video (which means they were probably eating in my new car) - had a horrible experience here and this will probably be my first and last Volvo I will ever buy

Great Service and Care

Another satisfying visit to my Seattle Volvo Service Department. They really take good care of my XC 70. All of the service managers are knowledgeable and personable. I can't imagine a better dealership!

Extraordinary Costumer Service

Costumer service is a personal matter, and in the case of Volvo Cars Seattle, that person is called Navid—this name is a guarantee of quality service. It’s hard to see how a better experience and job could be provided.

Excellent service team?

I had some minor service done here and the team was excellent in all regards! They were professional, fast, and yet found something wrong with my brakes I wasn't aware was wrong and fixed the issue without a charge.

Customer service is always consistent and on point! Navid is my guy. The care he shows for his customers is always positive and appreciated. He is straight forward and doesn't try to sell me anything I dont need.

Always top notch service

The service team at Volvo Cars Seattle is knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I have bought cars and had them serviced at this location since 1981. I was concerned when the dealership changed ownership, but the service department is still the best.

Seattle Volvo Service

Service is very easy to work with. They were able to do it even though I was 35 minutes late. Not easy when busy, but they got it done in a timely manner. Very nice people. Minor point-could use a bigger lot and facility.

Great price, easy buying process

Olivia had the car prepped and ready to go when I arrived. She already had most of the paperwork drawn up for me as we had agreed upon pricing over the phone. She did a great job of walking me through the buying process, it was easy, fast, and painless.
