After making an inquiry on a car online, I was setup with an appointment to meet with Jenny (sales) and we took a test drive. I've gone through the new car buying experience with salespeople a few times before but Jenny was different—she immediately gave me the impression someone genuinely kind, had patience as we reviewed the numbers, and she didn't apply the typical amount of pressure to buy now. Coming in I was pretty much set on buying this make/model and grew to know that she and Volvo Bellevue were the ones I wanted to buy through.

Paul did an excellent job in finding a vehicle that met our wishes, despite the unknowns of tariffs, costs etc. Explanation of operational details and follow up was excellent.
