We have bought well over 30 vehicles. This ranks as one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Our sales rep, Dayvonn, was excellent. He was personable, knowledgeable, professional, and just an all-around nice guy. We were impressed with him and his low-key approach. He did not pressure us like most sales reps do. We found that very refreshing. What we also found refreshing was he did not badmouth competitors. He spoke highly of them but emphasized the pros of why his product was the one we should purchase. We liked that approach. The one glitch we had was regarding the sales tax. It was not Dayvonn’s issue rather it was the finance department/manager issue. Because we were purchasing an EV, we were entitled to have a portion of the sales Tax waived. They indicated their software could not calculate this and that we could seek reimbursement from the Dept of Revenue. We advised them that we would not seek reimbursement and that was their issue to figure out. They were able to figure it out. Everything went smoothly after that. The follow up from the dealership and from Dayvonn has been great. They have been very customer service oriented. If we are in the market for a new Volvo, we would definitely buy one again from Dayvonn and this dealership.
