My wife and I purchased a Sorrento over the weekend from Gettel Kia and we had a very positive experience. Dylan Mooneyhan from the Sales department and the Sales Manager Dan Diomede were a great team and helped me get the best deal. They were both very professional and patient. The team at Gettel made my experience of purchasing the car seamless and I didn't have to spend all day in the office. Great place to go. Great people to work with. Highly recommended!

I bought a vehicle a little over a year ago and I've had

I bought a vehicle a little over a year ago and I've had nothing but troubles with it when I've tried to contact people in the service department to have it fixed. Nobody ever returns. My calls period the only way I have got the vehicle fixed is by actually taking it there And speaking to a manager. The same part has already been replaced.3 times now it's going to have to be replaced for a fourth time.And i'm told i'm gonna keep having this issue every couple of months According to the service manager. And the part is under warranthis this by far the worst experience.I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.And I would recommend to anybody reading this to never go to gettle kia of bradenton
