Awesome experience. Wonderful vehicle. It has all the bells and whistles. Drives amazing. Can't describe how wonderful the Telluride is: quiet, roomy, easy to handle and well equipped. Wireless phone charging, GREAT navigation and UVO.

The Service is great. The extended warranty they offer is ?
The service team is great and they go out of their way to help you out. The warranty they offer is questionable seems certain things are only covered in their bumper to bumper warranty. I have had the driver side firewall wheel fall off and not be covered by either the original warranty or the extended warranty. They have replaced the blower motor, switch, rest foot plate, and shifter knob under the warranty. So time will tell how serviceable are the warranties.

Not pushy
I went in with a little bit of a difficult situation for them to accommodate- but Nelson was so helpful and encouraging right from the start. He really worked with me to get the best deal possible- I was not rushed into making a decision nor was I pushed into a car or payment I wasn’t comfortable with. Great customer service from all staff- everyone was very kind and patient.

I am writing this review because I am not sure how to get Mr. Fuccillo to see this. If this could somehow be forwarded to him, I would be extremely grateful. First off I would like to say that I have never enjoyed the car shopping experience, that was until Saturday, April 27th 2019, when I visited Fuccillo Kia of Wesley Chapel. I can honestly say that dealing with this dealership, and all the people that work there, was a pleasure. My salesperson, Manny Peralta (along with the entire staff), did everything they could to see that my deal went through. My credit score is extremely challenged to say the least, and not once did anyone belittle me or even remotely make me feel embarrassed about my score. I work as a Deputy for the Sheriff's Department and I found it refreshing to come across people that actually care about other people. In my field of work, that is something that I don't see as often as I would like. After deciding on the Kia Sportage and then haggling over the financials, I was offered a deal that I thought was perfect for me. Unfortunately, just as we were getting ready to have the paper work printed so I could sign and drive, it was noted that a second lien was on my trade in vehicle and it was going to hold up the deal until I could get it fixed. Once again, nobody made me feel bad or even made a negative comment about it. They told me to see if I could get it fixed and that the deal would still be waiting for me. I was upset and heartbroken but I advised them that I would look into this on Monday as this was supposed to have been cleared up and already paid by my ex. On Monday the 29th I called the holder of the second lien to see if anything could be worked out but they would not accept anything other than a lump sum payment of $2300 in order to release the lien. Unfortunately I am unable to come up with the extra $2300 due to already putting down a decent amount of money for the new car I was wanting to purchase. I immediately notified Manny that because of this I wouldn't be able to go through with the deal. Everyone at Fuccillo Kia of Wesley Chapel was very understanding and took it in stride. Even after telling them that the deal would't be going through, they still didn't make me feel like a second class citizen even though I myself felt embarrassed and upset. They just said OK, then when you get the $2300 paid come back and see us and we will re-do the deal. Your dealership never disappointed me one time, if anything I was more disappointed with myself and not being able to clear the second lien. This was going to be a birthday gift to myself as my birthday is today the 30th. I just wanted you to know that your team at Fuccillo Kia of Wesley Chapel is nothing but professional and any chance I get I will be sending people there to purchase a vehicle. I myself will return once I have the second lien taken care of, and I will gladly purchase my vehicle as originally planned. You should be proud to have the team you have at this dealership. I want to thank you and your dealership for trying your hardest to make this deal happen for me. I wish everything had worked out for the better but I have absolutely no regrets with dealing with Fuccillo Kia. I do regret wasting everyone's time at the dealership, but I am so glad that I got to work with your team there as it has solidified them as the number one dealership that I will turn to when needing a vehicle. Good service experience
Performed all recalls without issue and quickly. There were plenty of service times available to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised to even get the car back washed.

No pressure and honest staff
I hate the idea of going to a car dealership. I told them that when I arrived and no one argued. They just set out to show me a positive experience. I picked out two vehicles in advance, one expensive and one less expensive. I knew what I wanted to put down and how much I wanted to pay each month. When I shared this the finance manager said not going to happen on the first car. I was honest and he was honest. I mentioned the other car I liked and he said no problem. That easy! Of course the process took time but I never had to deal with pressure or options I had no interest in. It was my first ever positive dealership experience. I also know where I am heading back to when I am ready to upgrade.
