CAN'T BEAT THE FANTASTIC SALES & SERVICE/BOUGHT MY 2ND SOUL

My Highest Recommendation AND Special Thanks go out to John Chasko! HE IS AN AWESOME SALES PROFESSIONAL who went well ABOVE and BEYOND selling and putting me into my second Kia Soul that I drove home that same day!! I had a wonderful 2017 Silver KIA SOUL that I just took in for servicing with very low mileage. John approached me in the service waiting area and "made me an offer I couldn't refuse." I ended up driving home in a BRAND NEW 2019 BRIGHT RED KIA SOUL (my favorite color) which happened to be on Valentine's Day. I think my name was on it.....LOL!!! I am so happy I upgraded. Tim Ousley did an outstanding job getting my financing qualified with Kia Motors Finance and was proficient and quick. He was also very professional, friendly and courteous. I am truly thrilled with the entire experience from beginning to end. I feel that I am part of the entire family of Kia owners!!

A phenomenal dealership experience

Originally being from New York, dealership visits were never a pleasant experience. This changed as soon as we entered Fuccillo Kia, however. We were immediately greeted and helped by Michael and Shawn. They made it a very open and welcoming experience, without pressuring us to make any decisions (like a lot of other dealerships do). Very clean and friendly environment, definitely a great experience and will recommend this dealership to friends/family in the area in the future.

Nelson was HUGE!

My new sportage

I had a very exceptional car buying experience thanks to both Luis and John. They both worked had to understand both my needs and financial abilities. The most important thing they did was listen. Kimberly worked me through the paper work and even put the tag on the vehicle. Thanks guys.

A surprising experience

Repeat customer!

I drive from Jacksonville for this dealership and the best salesman ever... 3rd purchase from Israel Santiago... The manager is honest and the finance manager (Tim) works hard to get r done with zero pressure! I am a single woman in her 60’s and I feel totally safe at this dealership with this fabulous team of men!
