Bolt battery recall, phase 2

Painless process. After two and a half years of ownership, my total repair expenses are 20 bucks. Got lazy, had the dealer do the tire rotation. Battery and software check out. Buy a Bolt from LHM for your city driving.

Looking for electric car, small and agile. Found!

Excellent service from Breanna Jederlinic. She showed me all the basic and important things about electric cars, and answered all my questions about details. Was very pleasant to go with on a test drive, very honest and didn't try to talk me into anything.

Amazing

Lawrence was absolutely fantastic! Showed me vehicles i was able to afford and was very helpful throughout the process. He made me feel comfortable with my purchase and got me exactly what I needed. He went above and beyond with extras I wanted in my new vehicle and made sure everything was perfect. He was very professional and didn't push me into anything I wasn't comfortable in just to make a sale. Will definitely recommend him!

I was very disappointed with the way I was lied

I was very disappointed with my experience a Larry H Miller Chevrolet. I was lied to by finance and sales team just to make a sale.

A Year in the Making- Didn't get any better.

My Chevy truck has had a "check engine light" for the last basically two years. Three times I pay for service with Casa Chevrolet. Two times I turn in my truck, I get the same error code 30min after leaving the service center. Two times I turn in the truck and pay to fix whatever the issue is, yet I leave the lot with the same error code. Third time I turn in the truck its to clear the same error code. I have to clear the code to pass emissions to renew the truck registration. 1700 here, 1800 there, final time I turn it in to get the truck emissions-ready? 3000 dollars. Perhaps the Timing Chain wouldn't be the issue if the previous two times I take it in the error was cleared. This is also to say nothing of the service staff. You will not get ahold of them. If I want to speak with anyone in the service staff, I have to claim an interest in buying a car and then telling them "write my number down and give it to the service staff." I'm sure the reply will be "oh im sorry for your terrible service let me the manager fix the issue", or "this is a first for us". It's not a first. This has been a constant problem for me, and if the dealership responds with some propaganda that doesn't mean it's fixed. They need to answer the phones or pay for a third party to do it. Any response is not certified by me. At 60,000 miles my truck runs into problems youd expect at 100,000. This dealership doesn't help the issue at all. I'm getting a new vehicle that is EXPLICITLY not a chevy, so I don't have to deal with these guys ever again. If I screw up as a Corrections Officer, someone dies or is maimed. With working here, I guess it's just "meh don't worry about it." when they make a mistake. "let's just write a secondary review and make it seem all hunky-dory". Buy. A.Vehicle.From.Somewhere.Else. I rarely EVER write online reviews on anything. I'll write it on this. If there is a "Hello customer, I'm sorry" message at the end, chances are they didn't contact me and I refuse any service from them from now until the apocalypse.
