The dealership was great at helping me find a car and getting it to me quickly while COVID-19 was occurring. I was impressed at how fast this everyone worked to help me get a car! My car the day before died and I needed a car ASAP to continue going to work as I am an essential worker. Chevrolet was able to help me out and get a great deal for me with a brand new car! I highly recommend them for your next car!

Amazing service!

They were able to help me find a new car fast during the COVID-19 pandemic! My car the night before died and I am an essential worker, so I cannot miss work! This dealership helped me find a new car fast that I have been looking at for months! They were able to get me an amazing deal on the car and have the payments in my price range! I love the new car I got! I am amazed at how fast and well they all worked together to sell me a new car right before the dealerships were announced to close! I highly recommend them! Don't take the first offer

Being a cash purchase buyer, one has to be careful not to over pay. It took a bit of haggling, but I managed to persuade the Sales rep to substantially reduce the MSRP of a new Chevy Colorado to a mutually acceptable term. Casa Chevrolet took my old 97 Chevy S10 with 187, 000 miles off my hands, and gave me a good trade in value, against the new Colorado. I now have a nice new Truck I'm happy to own.

Outstanding Staff and Service

Two weeks ago we bought our third Chevrolet from Mark’s Casa Chevrolet. The care we received from Justin in the service department and Ish Martinez was exemplary! We were treated with kindness and compassion during our trade in process. Ish went above and beyond in making sure we were taken care of by working with Chevrolet corporate on Allowance towards our new vehicle purchase. Finally we were put in the hands of Linnie to view the vehicles and test drives. She was very customer focused and walked us through the entire process very smoothly. Tried to buy a new vehicle, ruined our credit instead.

Went in to purchase a new vehicle. Had a very specific vehicle in mind and they had something that was almost exactly what we were looking for. The test drives went good, the salesman answered any questions we had, zero issues. Went inside to do the normal number games and give/take, Still no real issues. This all changed when the finance people got involved. For no reason at all and without our permission they did a hard credit hit on our credit six times. SIX TIMES!! Anyone that knows anything about credit knows this will destroy your credit report. It ended up dropping our credit by over 50 points. We ended up walking away from what we both thought was a done deal.

Great Service!

On 3/5/2019 my husband and I bought a new Chevy Equinox, we cant say enough about Darrell Jones. Thank you again for all your help in turning two vehicles into one. We will be back when its time to upgrade our Silverado.
