Worst service department I have ever dealt with.

My mother in-law purchased her 2008 Chrysler 300 from Casa Chrysler. She loves her car and has it serviced very 3000 miles. Every time she has taken it in for service she is advised that there are issues with the vehicle that will cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars. On one occasion she was advised she had a leak in the transmission. I checked the vehicle and did not locate a leak. I also had a friend who is a mechanic for Ford look at the vehicle and he did not find a leak. Another time she was told that her tire needed to be replaced because it had a nail in it. The tires were purchased from Discount tires and were under warranty. I took the car to Discount tire and they did not locate a nail in any of the tires. Most recently she took her vehicle in for an airbag recall. When she got it back her airbag light was on and her heater/AC system was not working. She took it back and was informed that Casa Chrysler would not take responsibility for the issue. They did a diagnostic check on the car and determined it needed a new power center which would cost over $1200. She brought the vehicle home and was very upset about the treatment she received from the female service writer who was very rude and belittling. I began researching the issue and discovered that the service department had turned a fuse in the trunk compartment the wrong direction causing the issue. I cannot believe a large service department would try to take advantage of a woman who does not understand cars. It is shameful. We decided to never use Casa Chrysler service for oil changes or any other repair.

Excellent experience!!!

What can I say! I went in wanting a new vehicle, I thought I knew what I wanted. I went in with a reluctant attitude. Ramzy greeted me when I got there and immediately put my mind at ease. After 2 days of looking and test drives I finally found the car I was looking for. Ramzy was absolutely amazing! He was nice, extremely patient and very professional. He fought to get me a good deal on my trade-in, he fought to get me to the payments I wanted, he fought to get me a good deal! Mike in Finance was very professional, he didn't make me feel pressured. Patricia is an absolute gem to this dealership!! She is so friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicles and so helpful. I had heated seats installed, there were some scratches made to the inside panels from the company who did the work. I called Angela and between her and Patricia they were on it! They provided a loaner car not only for the install but for the time it took to fix the scratches. This was my first ''new" vehicle, buying on my own. This dealership went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and what could have been a very stressful experience made it a painless, happy experience. Thank you Ramzy, Mike, Patricia and Angela.... You guys ROCK!!

# 1 Outstanding Servive Department in New Mexico

Can a car dealership see you a vehicle? Yes, just about any dealership can sell you a vehicle. The question I should really be asking is how good is the dealership Service? I strongly feel that Mark’s Casa Chrysler Jeep Service Department is has the best in the entire state of New Mexico. I have 40+ years’ experience in car buying, these are Mark’s Casa Chrysler Jeep outstanding employees I had the pleasure to meet during my scheduled care maintenance. From the Steve Vigil, the Mark’s Casa Chrysler Jeep Service Department Service Manager, Ed Wilson, Greg Saenz, Velvet Farra, and Toni Trouville. I personally want to thank all your professionalism and dedication to service employees during all of visits to Mark’s Casa Chrysler Jeep Service Departments. Mark Wiggins, and Bob Talbot I want you to know that the only reason I purchase a new 2017 Jeep Cherokee Overland is all about yours Service Department Team I mentioned and Marco Arreola in in your Sales Department. If you can provide excellent maintenance service to my new vehicle I will not by a car from your dealership.

El servicio al cliente fue muy bueno Enrrique salas es muy amable y claro con sus esplicasiones lla aviamos ido a varios dillers pero ninguno nos combensio , y sobre todo lo mejor que abla español !!!!

This is How Buying a Car Should Be!

Hands down, this was the most pleasurable car buying experience we have ever had! The "no-pressure" environment that Andy Wilkinson created was fantastic! He was very patient and honest with us and was flexible while we explored various options. He never attempted to steer us in a direction that could have been more advantageous to him. Mike Murchio and Herman Romero were very professional throughout our interactions with them and they both fostered a very comfortable atmosphere. They handled the financial arrangements with extreme honesty. Everyone's trustworthiness and courtesy were paramount. The ease with which we were able to make an agreement on a price and the respect during negotiations was exactly how every car buying experience should be. After the first couple of visits to Mark's Casa Jeep we really liked the knew deep down inside that Andy and Mike would do their very best to get us the perfect vehicle at the most optimal price. It was very clear that they respected us and our business. The entire experience was an extremely positive one and we walked away feeling great about our new purchase. We Strongly recommend anyone interested in buying a vehicle to give the Andy/Mike/Herman Team at Mark's Casa a try. Thank you, gentlemen! We genuinely appreciate everything!

Horrible service dangerous repairs

Took my Jeep in for a simple oil change they over filled the engine so much it caused multiple issues and problems and they refused to even look at it and see that even the dip stick showed it's was way over full. Horrible customer service and very rude would never trust them again if they can't handle a simile oil change
