Bought a car. In the first 6 months, I had to change both front axles and problems with the transmission. The car shaking when taking foot off the gas in low speed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These people are professional scammers. Selling cars “unknowingly” with serious work that needs to be done. Ripping off the customers who trust them. We bought a car and it ended up needing thousands of dollars worth of work. They have made no efforts to help solve the issue. Every car on this lot needs to be taken away from them so they do not continue to rip people off. Karma will come to this dealership, if that’s what you’d like to call it.

I reached out to a salesman named “David” to view a 2011 Mazda Sport. The listing on Cars.com had me and my sister excited. That excitement quickly washed away when we arrived onto their crowded and poorly managed lot. No David around, as he said he would be. Car had a flat so we couldn’t test drive in the state of NH, which is just asking for trouble. The tending salesman said it was sold as is, and it hadn’t even been inspected recently. The website didn’t mention the cars condition, and it didn’t mention being sold “as is”. I was looking forward to doing business with this place, but all of those red flags caused me to do business elsewhere. Please beware, very scummy place based on my experience.

We went into the dealership to look at a truck for my husband that he saw online. We were there when they first opened. Alina got us plates and we took it for a ride. My husband loved it. We went inside , did our paperwork and were out in less than an hour. Everyone was so friendly. We would definitely recommend anyone to check their selection out. We will definitely be back in the near future. Thank you so much.

Even ONE star is me being kind. Do not even bother wasting your time. No vehicles on the lot are inspected, you cannot test drive unless you put $100 deposit down wait a few days and they inspect it. Alina had me drive TWO hours down knowing I wanted to pick this vehicle up with the understanding it was fully inspected and ready to go. We arrived to find they just put it on a lift, it is not in fact inspected as they claimed in their listing, it requires a ball joint for inspection sticker. Option to sit around and wait HOURS on repair or they actually offered me to leave with this uninspected vehicle with known problems to drive 2 hours home. 90% of vehicles listed on their site are not actually inspected yet. Seriously. Do. Not. Bother. False advertising at its best. Don't give them a dime of your hard earned money.

Great selection of used cars, I was able to test drive 4 cars and only went there to see 1. Family run business, very passionate and kind people. Very easy to deal with and made my car shopping experience much easier. I am from out of the state (shop is located in NH), and it has been said to me that I will have no problems with registering the vehicle in my state (because of the rebuilt title). Overall I was very pleased.

They will sell you a car from a salvage yard and not tell you. They will claim they will fix everything in the car that needs to be done. Well they had 2 chances to fix my car and now I’m going to the attorney generals office. Their was water damage and my car smells and was never told. Please don’t go here they are dishonest big time.

Worst place to buy a car. Never recommend to anyone.
