I visited Ken ganley of Medina Ohio in September of 2023.

I visited Ken ganley of Medina Ohio in September of 2023. I live in New York and couldn’t find a Kia telluride with everything I wanted, Ken ganley was recommended to me by my niece who lives in Medina and said how nice they were to deal with!! I was greeted by a salesman named Tad and he was absolutely the best salesman I have ever worked with, I’m 66, so I met a few of them! I found what I wanted and said what I was willing to pay and we got a deal! I have had my telluride for 4 months and am loving it , going to Florida soon and can’t wait to drive it there! I did have a few issues getting my plates but all the issues were from New York ( of course)! I called Tad a few times and he always answered all my questions and promptly! I recommend Tad and Ken ganley from Medina Ohio to everyone in New York who is looking for a telluride! Finally I will end this by saying love Tad and Kia ganley!!

Very fast recall repair Complete in 70 minutes Recommendation to do on my car I did not agree with suggested repairs Just had car service at my mechanic 2 days before

Service technician preformed 4 of 7 recalls on my car,

Service technician preformed 4 of 7 recalls on my car, completely drained my battery. Advised me to buy a new one, along with 4 new tires. Saw a woman walk in and thought they could bend me over and take advantage of me! Very unhappy and will not return. Note: my tires are a year old, and my battery is 18 months old!!!!
