I drove down from NY, 6.
I drove down from NY, 6.5 hours to purchase a truck from this dealership. $18500 I was assured over and again that the truck was a good, strong, reliable truck as one would expect with an $18500 price tag. I paid the dealership, and left in the truck. Within an hr I had brake failure, reached out to them and played phone tag for over a half hr. Finally they said our service center is closed but we can help you on Monday…. 2 days later… and I had my younger children with me and it was 90° out. After being stranded for o er an hr I found a place to busy parts and fixed the breaks. Continued home to NY. When we got home I used the truck to run and buy parts for my primary truck and less then a week and less then 1000 miles into owning the truck I have a blown motor. The bill, originally $8500 is now up to $10k to have it fixed. The said they were sorry to hear this. No help, no nothing. That’s what you get from this dealership for $18500 so BEWARE!! Once said and done and I muster up the money to have it fixed I’ll be close to $30k deep. Not at all what I was expecting and a complete misrepresentation of the goods being sold. Shame on you for treating a paying customer like this!!

Potential Buyer Beware!
Potential Buyer Beware! Purchased a vehicle and had to work the deal through 2 sales people and the sales manager. Sales Manager agreed to match my pre-approval interest rate and finance manager did not provide written proof of the interest rate that I was signing nor provided a Truth in Lending disclosure form and found out 30 days later the interest rate they assigned was over 1% more which is taking advantage of someone with a 830 credit score. Dealer never included any written documentation in deal paperwork that shows loan terms and come to find out the sales manager and the delivery salesperson are no longer at the dealership. I can't reach anyone in management or finance to discuss if this was something they overlooked.

2022 Ford Escape SE PEHV with 45K miles was very clean.
2022 Ford Escape SE PEHV with 45K miles was very clean. Salesperson Garry was very helpful. The Finance team was very helpful in obtaining the loan and waiting for the down payment check to clear (waiting on the insurance company). They did want to sell an extended warranty which we declined, but they were very respectful in our discussion. We were able to buy the car at a very fair price!

2022 Ford Escape SE PEHV with 45K miles was very clean. Salesperson Garry was very helpful. Frank was outstanding making my purchase a second to none
Frank was outstanding making my purchase a second to none experience. He picked me up from the airport in the car. The car was in immaculate condition, toping the experience off. He allowed me to pullover in time to catch the eclipse. Overall what a great experience from top to bottom.

Glen refused to sell me a truck, unless I financed
Glen refused to sell me a truck, unless I financed through them. I had my own financing established and was willing to bring a cashier's check. I was told he would not sell the truck to me. Someone might want to let Dave Ramsey know that cash is NO longer king.
